Teemyco put cooperation even inside the same building at ease. I can simply drop into the office of my colleagues with one click. We also use this for our customers, they come right into our virtual office and love it. No more Teams, Google Meet, etc. needed. And if you miss anything or want to give feedback, you can be sure to have not one but two or three replies within an hour or so. All questions have been answered that fast. Outstanding! Teemyco allowed us to bring together different people from all over the world in a single platform :) The design feels very 'friendly,' and it's great for remote collaboration. As a software development company that are fully remote as a business, we have found it increasingly difficult to manage the development of juniors as well as the management of where juniors go to seek advice. With MS Teams becoming a place for hypercollaboration, and a lot of the senior architects ending up spread thin due to the juniors looking for constant calls, insert TeemyCo --- We now have the ability for juniors to see who's around, our seniors can pop in and out at will and if no seniors are around then we have the rest of the main team in the offices/spaces to work with people collectively. It has provided a huge amount of benefit, whilst maybe not for the primary reason most people would look to implement a tool like this - a reason nonetheless! On top of that, multiple screen shares at the same time = huge, huge win. I had Gabby as my point of contact throughout the demo/trial/choosing period and she was fantastic, passing feedback to the development teams and always being responsive when I had a query - a huge thank you and a huge recommendation. Things like Miro for whiteboarding live in the app or Microsoft for wider chat collaboration - we are a Microsoft house and so whilst I can see Slack being useful as an integration for many, it's not one we've used personally. We've been new to Teemyco but we found that it is very easy to use as the UI is simple and clean enough and we can design the office and add any room we like! Since we have some non-local staff which locates in other countries, Teemyco helps a lot which fosters communication between the local and non-local staff. We now can talk to each other anytime without further messaging or setting up calls when we are in the same room. We are a small business based in Mexico City, but with a presence throughout the country. It was very difficult for us to have communication with all the members of the team, due to the transportation costs. Teemyco has helped us not only by improving our communication; now, the whole team participates in all the projects, which makes communication much more fluid. As a team, it is very important for us that all the staff participate in the projects, but that is sometimes complicated because many of us are in different cities of the country. Teemyco has helped us keep communication flowing and allows team members to receive immediate feedback from their peers. I'm part of a small Italian company, and we're spread all over Italy (sometimes even abroad). Since we're using Teemyco, meeting other team members has become easier and smoother. We just knock at others' doors or invite them into a common room, and the talk can easily start! Sometimes there are little bugs like being unable to turn the video on or listen to the others when one gets in a meeting, but they're just minor problems solvable by going out and coming back in the meeting room. Connection is fast and reliable between the peers connected to the meeting. I've never been disconnected from meetings spontaneously like with many other similar products. Would be cool to decorate an entire building. You can setup several floors at the moment but a next step would be to bring it more into the 3D world and see the building from outside. Most other digital communication tools are just about communication, but they lack the colors, empathy and culture to feel good and motivated about the things they work with.
