I'm SO glad we started working with TeeInBlue before Q4 kicks in. I don't know WHAT we were doing going so long without them. In addition, the very few times we've needed customer support, they've been nearly instantaneous in giving it. When I DO have to wait...it's just a few hours and simply because of the hour difference. **What do you dislike about teeinblue?** Absolutely nothing so far. The learning curve was there, but only took about a day to figure out...and the TeeInBlue team is a huge help. **What problems is teeinblue solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solve a lot of the questions we were handling with customer service. Additionally, the customer service is always perfect, which makes support a standout aspect. The versatility of the application increases the perceived value of my items and provides security to my customers, which I value greatly. I have also found that after the initial time investment to set it up, I can take advantage of the ready-to-print order files, which makes the application indispensable for me. Furthermore, it works great with Shopify for customization before purchase. **What do you dislike about teeinblue?** There are so many features that at first you don't manage to discover them all.
