I think there are a few areas where Tecnomatix could improve. Our customers mentioned they wanted more elaborative training aspects. Having combined workshops or training sessions that integrate Tecnomatix with other systems like Accents would be a very good initiative. It took us about six months to a year to get accustomed to the software.
