**What do you like best about TechValidate?**

The platform is fantastic for generating customer testimonials that can be incorporated into marketing collateral and sales presentations. The ability to display a wall of praise or link to individual responses with IDs and URLs goes a ;ong way to showcasing authority. We often screenshot responses and use them in customer-facing presentations.

**What do you dislike about TechValidate?**

Response rates are never quite what you hope. You can invest lots of time and energy into creating a survey that should yield good results and unique insights, but sometimes barely anyone responds. Maybe people are suffering from survey fatigue. This isn't necessarily a criticism of the platform - it's just a wider engagement issue - but the responses you do get are incredibly valuable.

We've utilized results to benchmark industry averages, presenting peer-led insights to our customers. By capturing unique data and comments, we can quite literally validate our tech and showcase our value.

**What do you like best about TechValidate?**

Being able to whitelabel customer stories and point to outcome-driven, proof-based data points for a softer touch in the buyer journey. It's a great survey tool and can be strategic for testing hypotheses with your customer/prospect base.

**What do you dislike about TechValidate?**

If the administrator/owner of the content is not aligned with the marketing and sales teams, the library can get convoluted quickly. It's important to stay organized, or the content becomes less usable.

**What problems is TechValidate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testing hypotheses re: the product and the outcomes it achieves, accounting for by persona/vertical segmentation and applying to proof points in customer evidence by sales/business development teams. Providing feedback to product teams

**What do you like best about TechValidate?**

Our CS team members have been hugely helpful in all of the surveys we've created for our customers. They help with crafting questions that will get us to responses we need to hear from our customers, and they also make things happen quickly.

**What do you dislike about TechValidate?**

The manual process (at least on our side) of uploading our customer lists. TechValidate requires that your lists have a first and last name, and we don't require that for users of our software to sign up, so there's a bit of a time-consuming process to get the list finalized for our survey sends.

**What problems is TechValidate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to publish a ton of great quotes and content from our customers onto our website and in our collateral, which supports our marketing and sales efforts. It also helps us identify and call attention to any users within our customer accounts who may need additional support -- this ensures customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about TechValidate?**

I love the ease of creating tech facts to share on social and on our website. Gives prospects confidence that we can deliver their expectations, because satisfied clients have confirmed their positive experiences.

**What do you dislike about TechValidate?**

Can’t think of anything! We have not had any negative experiences.

**What problems is TechValidate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TechValidate helps us provide third party verified reviews to our customers and prospects. It’s not just our word...it’s more objective and therefore more influential.

**What do you like best about TechValidate?**

Techvalidate is an easy-to-use tool for gathering, analyzing, and publishing customer data. This is all terrific, but my favorite part is the team that help me refine my surveys to make sure I'm maximizing effectiveness. 

**What do you dislike about TechValidate?**

The biggest challenge with Techvalidate is the brevity of the recommended survey sizes. I get it, they are right, it is just hard to decide which data I want in each survey. 

**Recommendations to others considering TechValidate:**

Give it a try and listen to your TechValidate contact on how to refine your questions. Really understand your objective and this can be a very powerful tool. 

**What problems is TechValidate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Techvalidate to better understand user needs, user experiences with our products, and to build case studies to help prospects understand how we can help them from a customer's point of view.

**What do you like best about TechValidate?**

Easy to use, powerful data, fast results. The NPS score is helpful especially when we survey by product line. Our Client Success Managers have been extremely helpful. They make sure that you are optimizing your efforts with this tool. They are really responsive and proactively keep everyone on track. 

**What do you dislike about TechValidate?**

The Sales process! There was no pricing model; I had to keep asking for clarification so it was a struggle to finalize the deal.  In the end, pricing is still very high for this tool.

**Recommendations to others considering TechValidate:**

Demand clarity with the Sales Person on the pricing before signing. After you are a customer, your Client Success Manager will take extremely good care of you. 

**What problems is TechValidate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VOC marketing is powerful material for us. We can generate content in a lot less time than manually creating charts and layouts. We also enjoy using the customer volunteer references for the various activities, such as media quotes, presenting and writing white papers.

TechValidate makes extracting and legitimizing gems from customer feedback surveys a breeze. 

**What do you dislike about TechValidate?**

Some customers complain that the survey request emails look like spam. Hasn't been a widespread issue.

We can easily reference relevant, segmented customer feedback in our marketing & sales efforts

**What do you like best about TechValidate?**

The platform helps us quickly develop customer content that would normally take time we don't have. The design is very intuitive and extremely user-friendly. Our CSM is smart, friendly, and responsive. 

**What do you dislike about TechValidate?**

The sales staff was overbearing and only concerned about closing the deal, not solving our problems. When we were ready to purchase, they told us it would cost $10K more than they quoted us at the beginning of the process. They eventually honored the original price, and once we got past the sales team, the service was very good. 

**What problems is TechValidate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to create compelling customer content in much less time than we'd need to otherwise. We have case studies and supporting facts that help our sales process.

TechValidate makes it easy to reach a lot of customers at once and receive feedback. A lot more people will respond to a survey where they don't have to interact with anyone than to a phone call asking for a testimonial. We can quickly aggregate data and find exactly what we need based on product, industry, or other specifics.

**What do you like best about TechValidate?**

With TechValidate we were able to quickly generate and publish great content from customer survey responses with minimal effort beyond creating the survey itself. The team was super helpful in providing feedback and best practices suggestions on our survey questions and response options so we could get the most value out of them.

**What do you dislike about TechValidate?**

The subscription is expensive if you don't run many surveys. And you cannot simply host your published survey data without purchasing some number of surveys during the subscription period.

We were able to quickly and easily produce and publish great content (testimonials, metrics, case studies) from customer survey responses .

**What do you like best about TechValidate?**

The software is easy to use (similar to Survey Monkey) and allows users to verify customer feedback and results with just a couple of clicks. TechValidate makes it easy to survey customers (while giving them an incentive to complete the survey) and provides great marketing assets to use publicly. 

**What do you dislike about TechValidate?**

Limitations on surveys that need to be translated into different languages.

**What problems is TechValidate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TechValidate allows for users to quickly publish customer success stories, feedback, and metrics. We've been able to build a large content library of techfacts that have been very helpful to use for marketing and sales.

I loved how easy it was to use and how helpful it was to use on a sales call. Provided specifics you could use to combat objections.

There really isn't anything I can think of that I don't like.

If you are looking to arm your sales department with specific information to combat objections, sign on with TechValidate.

Salespeople come across objections all the time. With TechValidate, you get specific feedback that allows you to combat those objections.

Easy to poll customer, great response rate, the TechFacts are a helpful and useful statistics

Limited number of questions, unable to tweak questions if you are resurveying (even minor tweaks)

Plan your baseline survey carefully to ensure it remains relevant over time

**What do you like best about TechValidate?**

I really like the ease of use and the high level of customization you can create within the product. I've used it as a tool to independently validate a happy customer's experience for quotes and case studies and found it intuitive to use and better than other tools in the market.  

**What do you dislike about TechValidate?**

I dislike that my account was setup automatically for large surveys, so even if I was only sending to one contact, the workflow called for multiple days of review. I contacted TechValidate though and our representative fast-tracked my survey for me since I was only sending to one customer to create a specific case study and not a mass mail.

**What problems is TechValidate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy way to gain 3rd party validation for quotes and case studies from your customers. I've gained this information manually in the past and many times it was very time consuming and frustrating. TechValidate cut the time to get approved quotes and case studies in half.

It gives you a wealth of information to look into.

Their isn't anything I really dislike about this product.

I would use this product. I felt it does exactly what it says it will do. It helps provide an easy way to access the information that can be crucial when determining who the next targets will be and what the next set of trends are. It also adds the ability to store our customers testimonials in a neat and easy way. Our company uses this to further our marketing efforts. 

**What problems is TechValidate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problems associated with research. It also helps us validate the different case studies and marketing research our company has conducted. It is a very useful tool to keep our sales team and marketing connected. It is also easily integrated into our system making it much easier to use. It is easily accessed within our Salesforce tabs.

**What do you like best about TechValidate?**

Techvalidate has a smart user interface and we found the customer support great - not just reactive support when we needed it but a readiness to engage proactively to get us a good outcome. The Techvalidate team we knowledgable, passionate and accountable for the program's success. 

**What do you dislike about TechValidate?**

Little to dislike. The price tag is high, so make sure you are set up to fully use what Techvalidate offers and it pays for itself. This means getting executive sponsorship and integrating the program with product, online and field marketing, for example,

See the potential of user-generated content and get your internal teams and resources aligned around it. 

**What problems is TechValidate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to give our customers - and especially power users - a voice in their peer groups to express the benefits they had seen from using our product. We generated passionate and attributable content that we can use online, in PR and marketing campaigns.

Survey emails to customers are classified as SPAM or Junk depending on the email client they use.

**What do you like best about TechValidate?**

TechValidate was incredibly intuitive and helped our team gather great customer data that was could easily be displayed in hundreds of ways through quotes, graphs, etc. 

**What do you dislike about TechValidate?**

Very little to dislike about the team and the product - it met all of our needs and then some. 

**Recommendations to others considering TechValidate:**

Utilize the support team at TechValidate - they were very hands on, proactive, and helped us build our customer survey in a way that would get us the best responses. Without their help, I'm not sure how successful our project would have been. 

**What problems is TechValidate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gathering valuable customer data on how they used our product and displayed it in thousands of different visual ways that we used across all channels. It was a huge demand generation value add and we instantly had a library of great customer data we could use for prospecting.
