**What do you like best about Techugo?**

They have been very helpful and transparent, we got ample suggestions from them and it all really helped to create the product we envisioned.

**What do you dislike about Techugo?**

We had minor setbacks, but nothing which couldn't be solved.

**Recommendations to others considering Techugo:**

Use their analysis for refining your product idea, they have really great architects and solutions expert who come up with some amazing ideas. We were lucky that they had previously worked with bigger D2C brands and their experience working with them helped us refine ours.

**What problems is Techugo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a D2C brand and we needed to scale the technology to cross-sell and upsell our products.
