The Techfino team assigned to our project has done an excellent job in terms of their due diligence in understanding our needs and requirements, NetSuite expertise, accessibility, and problem solving.

The initial demonstration process for NetSuite was not necessarily the best representation of NetSuite's functionality.

I would recommend Techfino to anyone looking for a strong implementation partner for NetSuite.

Techfino acted as our implementation partner for transitioning from Microsoft Dynamics GP to NetSuite in Phase I on our project and is now supporting a Phase I of configuration enhancements, along with Continued Success support.

What I like best about Techfino is personal team. They are great to work with! One of the upsides is that they are each very knowledgable in their respective fields.

**What do you dislike about Techfino?**

It's hard to say there's anything we dislike about Techfino, we're satisifed with our service. If I had to choose something, I'd say the cost could be lower.

If you're cosindering a Techfino partnership, my advice is don't wait! It's been very helpful for us.

We rely heavily on our ERP system and Techfino has been integral to troubleshooting and solving several issues we've encountered in recent months. The list is vast, but Techfino has been able to address all of our pain points.

**What do you like best about Techfino?**

They are super responsive and are the kind of support we wish Netsuite's own support network would be like.  When we have questions the Techfino team is happy to investigate and supply answers, and since they know how our business is setup they have a better understanding of what general requirements we have.  As updates are released they will provide notes, go through our customizations and document those that would be affected by changes, and in general provide in depth analysis of all our customizations and what they do.

**What do you dislike about Techfino?**

The cost of services can get pricey depending on the project, but when there are no in house resources available for projects from time to time Techfino is a necessary spend.

**Recommendations to others considering Techfino:**

If you're upset with how lack luster Netsuite support is and want a quality source of help for your Netsuite instance (and likely for other platforms Techfino consults), this group is among the best there is.  Great group of people, easy to work with, and very thorough in their approach to solving problems.

**What problems is Techfino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize Techfino in our business as a consultant for our Netsuite instance.  They are what like Netsuite support but on a whole other level.  The team at Techfino will always respond to emails and ticket replies, tickets are never closed abruptly, progress updates are made frequently and are included in project analysis notes from the start.  The team will go in depth with how they plan to solve a problem and provide an analysis.  Changes on the fly based on business requirements are incorporated as they come about.  All in all, we are satisfied with any work Techfino does for us and they will continue to maintain or update their work as well.

**What do you like best about Techfino?**

There response time is unmatched.  The quality of work is unmatched.  Most times when you have a third party support group you have to chase them to get things done.  This is completely the other way around.  They execute so efficiently that they chase me more than not to review and get approvals on the work.

**What do you dislike about Techfino?**

There really is nothing I do not like about the oranization.  Everyone is timely, professional, and they are great problem solvers.

**Recommendations to others considering Techfino:**

There is no better.  We have referred them to others in our industry, and the referalls are so thankful for the recommendation.  One group said "It is the best thing that could have happen to us after the last tech team we had working for us".

We were fortunate enough to be referred to Techfino shortly after going live on the NetSuite ERP platform.  We had a ton of custom development that needed done to support our business.  Techfino systematically helped us identify opportunities in the platform and diligently executed key development projects.

We would not be where we are today without them.

**What do you like best about Techfino?**

The best part about Techfino is working directly with Fabian.  Fabian is great to work with he is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, and he understands how to clearly communicate when issues arise.  Clear, honest communication is critical when things go wrong.

I have had some minor billing issues in the past with Techfino but these issues have all been resolved.

**Recommendations to others considering Techfino:**

Over the years I have worked with several people who have claimed to be NetSuite Administrators or Developers and none of them have been as knowledgeable as Fabian.  When you select a partner to help you with NetSuite you need someone you can trust who knows the product, you don't want to present a problem to someone and they have to call support or Google the issue. Sometimes tech support and Google are useful but when you need more than that Techfino has comes through for me.

**What problems is Techfino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Techfino is currently working with us to help with a variety of NetSuite-related issues and customizations.  We worked with Techfino and another partner to create an automated solution to calculate sales tax for all of our US-based sales, this solution has been extremely valuable to us.  We recently added a new branch office and Techfino has worked with me on the onboarding of this location to set up customized roles for the new employees to ensure they have enough access to do their job but nothing more.

They have a large team of functional NetSuite experts covering most disciplines.  We've engaged them for Finance consultations, customer SuiteApp development, and implementation of manufacturing and production functionalities.

I don't have much to add here.  We do occassionaly use smaller botique firms for one off development but we start most outsource work with TechFino.

If you have a NetSuite need ranging from support to implementation or development of complex solutions they are our first call for projects.

We've worked with the Techfino team for several years now.  We've engaged Techfino to develop complicated NetSuite features to support specific areas of our business where no out of the box or 3rd party solution existed.  Additionally, they are our go to resource for manufacutring and production related NetSuite functionality.

From day 1, I have felt like Techfino's #1 customer.   While I know this is not the case, they are consistent in response time, follow-up and resolution.   If we have a high priority, they are always willing to do what it takes to resolve in a timely fashion.

I've really thought hard about this one and I can't come up with a dislike.    I've only had positive experiences.

**Recommendations to others considering Techfino:**

Techfino has the talent, knowledge, capacity and appears to know what it takes to maintain continuity among consultants.   If you are with a provider that experiences consultant turnover, lack of expertise and/or delays in response time, you need to consider Techfino.

**What problems is Techfino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is comprised of manufacturing and distribution and has been using NetSuite for 10 years.  Since integration of NS, our business has grown organically and through acquistions.  Our NS instance has been highly customized with scripts that continue to break and interrupt our daily business.   Our previous NS consultants kept providing band-aids, but never fixed the root issues or provided insight on how NS has changed over the past 10 years nor offered native solutions that currently exist.  

We started a contract with Techfino for 30 prepaid hours monthly (7 months ago) and are now at 100 prepaid hours monthly and still going strong.    Over the past 7 months, they have provided our Finance team with native solutions, training on how to use NS and insights to best practices.   They have helped us establish workflows and introduced features of NS to make our days run efficiently.   They have helped us build the intercompany framework with multi-currency functionality and taught us how to use it properly to maximize the benefits of NS.  The list can go on and we are just gaining momentum to improve our accounting and reporting processes.

For other departments at our company, they have been a vital resource as well and are now providing 24/7 Critical Support to our IT team.

One advantage of Techfino is the longevity of its consultants.   My experience is that Techfino hires the best and the brightest and treats them well to ensure continuity to its customer.   The project manager truly manages each project and stays on top of the status.    We have bi-weekly status calls and weekly status updates that are informative and meaningful.  Their process for tracking projects is well tuned and I can always review the current status of any ticket.

Techfino helped deploy new NetSuite custom solutions to manage order flows, connect to external systems, manage inventory and more. Many of our Enterprise-tier account efforts are just a few calls with Techfino away from being solved. Our team uses NetSuite in multiple complex ways and Techfino is able to manage the complexity and has successfully maintained our relationship for years.
