TechEdge is an AI-native property operations platform for owners and small property management firms. Maintenance runs from the tenant's report to the closed work order: triage, vendor assignment from your own vendor list, scheduling around the tenant, and a response clock on every request. The owner approves only what is over a spending threshold they set. Rent and expenses: rent roll and collections, overdue balances aged by days late, and expenses tracked to the unit. Owner reporting: cost per door, building comparisons, capital-expense signals, and statements to PDF and CSV. An AI assistant answers "what needs my attention" from live data and says when it can't.
