What problems is TechCommuters solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm delighted to share my outstanding experience with Techcommuters, an exceptional content writing services agency. Each blog article Techcommuters wrote generated leads for us. The team consistently delivered on time and ensured to have all the necessary material before writing content. Techcommuters's personalized customer attention and ability to incorporate feedback into their work stood out. I have seen an effective ROI, and the subscription rate has increased by 300%.

Techcommuters, the company has been able to publish a diverse range of content solutions to grow our brand visibility. We started with a discovery phase that lasted never still we are continuously taking their services. We used ClickUp for project management and communicated via emails, phone calls, and Zoom. Aslo the team is very open to feedback and made changes quickly.

Techcommuters helped us develop content for two purposes: to improve our SEO and to launch a sales and marketing campaign. From the start, they took the lead in helping establish an easy process to get up to speed with our marketing, so they created a shared folder where I could upload every documents. I thought would be relevant to their work. Additionally, they did some research on our industry, which was easier for them because they already had experience in the same space.

After their initial assessment, they came up with an outline of what was needed and expected from my end. Then, they focused on creating the two types of content we needed. For SEO, we contracted a six-month services period during which they created a set number of blog posts per month.

As for sales and marketing, we contracted a package deal, and the deliverables from that package included an e-book, some blog posts that tied back to that e-book, LinkedIn social media posts, and a battle card for our sales team. Moreover, the sales and marketing campaign package included a five-email workflow — 3–5 emails they wrote that linked to different aspects of the campaign that our sales team could send out as part of it.

In addition to that, Techcommuters created a summary that I then shared with the sales team. It detailed what they could expect each month when the campaign was rolled out and included information about the e-book, links to the blog posts that supported that e-book, and details about the posts they could share on social media.
