Tech Support Pro is a support desk built for equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and the teams that support their installed base. Every support call and ticket is tied to the machine's serial number, so agents see the full history of each unit, including parts used and warranty status, which most general ticketing systems don't track. Built-in remote support lets agents see the problem without a separate screen-sharing tool. Pricing is one flat price per team size with every feature included, and every customer runs on its own isolated database. The agent app supports English and Spanish.
