I find the setup process for Teamwork.com incredibly difficult. We have been subscribed for nine months and are still in the setup stage, unable to actually use the platform. The configuration required is significantly more than what Teamwork had initially led us to believe, creating substantial delays. The communication from Teamwork's support team has been inconsistent, often taking weeks to respond, which disrupts the continuity of our implementation efforts. As a result, we have not realized any benefits from the service thus far. I believe the company oversells their solution, not accurately representing the extended, costly, and time-consuming setup process. It would be better if the implementation phase were free until the software is ready for use, as I have been paying for the service without any actual usage.
