**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

The Teamwork.com platform streamlines the work that we do - keeping internal and external facing projects organized and on track. We are able to create written processes and notes that tie to team projects, and those are able to be connected to deadlines, milestones and tasks which are all assignable. The custom reminders and emailed reports are very helpful in ensuring that our team completes our tasks and projects within the time we've allotted. Training videos are very helpful, and the platform is quite customizable to fit many of our organizations needs.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

It can be challenging to find saved notebooks if you don't know exactly how to search within the Teamwork Project platform, and there are some complexities that a typical user may not know about that can cause problems from time to time. One department/inbox cannot create and send a ticket to another user's inbox via email. It gets lost and does not appear in either inbox (and no error or warnings appear), but if you are aware that you must send the email from a personal email to a Teamwork Desk inbox, this can be avoided. This platform hasn't proven to work well for our media team, but it has been very effective for our administrative departments.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tasks that would otherwise get lost on a post-it note or a personal calendar are now visible to our entire department. This ensures that even when one team member is out, the rest of our team can still see what we need to complete for the day and any ongoing projects. When we have larger projects that involve multiple departments, Chat and Projects are essential to staying on track and knowing where there might be a bottleneck to be addressed. We have also found the Project Templates and Project Chat Channels effective in streamlining and improving our recurring processes, such as employee hires, exits, etc.

As with any software it takes time to get best practice out of it, again startup is simple, if you want to go full blown and also use all extra elements [additional subscription] there is a lot to go at and it maybe too much for smaller organisations / value ratio

Gives us clear project scope and task management for internal / subcontractors, meaning as owner/director i can dip in and out, see progress etc without having to manually manage everything

It is fairly intuitive to use, and allows us to keep track of time entry and project details. Customer service is responsive.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

We aren't able to get any accurate budget reporting so that has been a complete "miss" for us. You're unable to assign individual tasks different rates.  You can assign a rate to individual people, but in our case we have multiple ratesfor functions and one individual person might do several different functions.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork does seem to be adding new features on a regular basis so we're hopeful that some of the budget features will continue to improve.

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

I really appreciate how much thought Team Work has put into making their interface attractive and easy to navigate. It's great that there's plenty of space for commenting on tasks, as well as the ability to add attachments. I also find it impressive how Team Work works across multiple teams in any type of organisation; its extensive capabilities allow many users from a range of marketing, design or software development backgrounds to take advantage of its benefits. If you are familiar with SCRUM practices when working within an agile framework, then this platform can be incredibly useful for your workplace needs.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

One thing I do not like is that it can be difficult to access and check off dependent tasks compared to completed tasks. Hovering over a task brings up the dialogue box, but there is no way to exit this until you click on the appropriate item in the list. This becomes a problem when I'm juggling several tasks at once, as clicking on them all becomes overwhelming.

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

Quick and reliable Kanban view. Very nice way to filter tasks, especially per comments. So as an administrator and as regular users, it becomes very easy to set up and use the different tasks. 
Teams can be easily separated and managed in each project. 

In addition, filtered and customized notifications make my life easier. And its integration with Zapier too! woohoo! 

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

I am still not a big fan of the mobile application. It needs major improvements. Onboarding was a bit of a hassle in the beginning. It took me some time to figure out the best way to onboard my team. It would've been nice to suggest a series of email that can help the team get onboarded. I had to create my own series of emails to onboard the team. 

**Recommendations to others considering Teamwork.com:**

As you implement Teamwork Projects, do not enable all the features at once. Take some time with onboarding your people. 

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a remote team spread across multiple time zones. We needed a tool that allows us to create tasks in a kanban style while maintaining a good grasp to follow up through time zones. 
Teamwork.com helped us diminish our emails usage. 

At this stage, the team knows how to use the tool. We might not be using it to its full capacity yet. But we continue to enhance our daily usage to it. Mainly because the team needs continuous education on how to use Teamwork Projects.

I have found Teamwork to be a useful tool for tracking time and progress on projects. Once you get used to it, it is fairly easy to use and we use it daily for tracking work completed on client projects.

Initially, the user interface can be a bit daunting and confusing, with difficulty fnding where the area you are looking for sits. It would also be nice to have some additional reporting tools within the system

I work for a Marketing Agency, and it's the best tool in the market to track client hours and projects. You get everything needed in one platform, you can manage how many hours you are working in certain client, and how the project is moving along.

It definetly has a learing curve, and you will have to get familiarize with it. I have been using it for 3 months and I feel more comfortable now and I am loving it more than I did when I started. It can get confusing at first, but they offer tutorials in YT!

We have a lot of marketing clients, and this tool allow us to track hours for each of them. We have the ability to track time and see how long a project takes us to complete.

Teamwork is an all-in-one tool when planning a medium to large scale projects and easily managing the tasks and team members responsible for them easily and efficiently.

One thing that I found when first introduced to the platofrm is that there was a bit of a learning curve when it came to navigating the platform. I found that once I adopted my own style for laying out a project I was able to better make the most of the platform's abilities.

I have brought Teamwork with me through 3 companies and LOVE it!  I am an early adopter and will be a long time user.  I love the transparency, but also the security.  Teamwork keeps everything in one place and allows for me to keep the trains running on time, espeically with a fully remote team.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

I do wish the TW systems worked better with each other to create projects in TW when a sale closes in CRM.  Also, the ability to filter for reporting.

The interface is easy to use for the most part when it comes to creating to do list items.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

- To cancel, they don't allow you to email the request in.
- To cancel, they ask 4-6 questions before being able to cancel.
- Even after all the required information is provided, the cancel button is disabled.
- Numerous emails with the billing department have not resolved the issue of canceling the subscription.
- The customer support is subpar the moment you want to cancel the subscription. 
- The pricing options do not work well if your team consists of 2 people.

Teamwork initially helped with mapping out the phases of the project and what needed to happen each week to complete the project on time.

Other tools often come with complex features that are overwhelming to users. Teamwork.com is an excellent project management tool for smaller teams with little experience with project management platforms (affordable, too!) The customer support has been great and our rep often checks in to ensure things are going smoothly.

I look forward to additional features that allow for more complex planning and more integration options.

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

I think the best part of teamwork is having a clear structure for everyone to work together. It provides a sense of order and assurance that tasks will be completed efficiently, while encouraging team members to coordinate their efforts toward common goals. Working with others also allows for multiple points of view on a task or assignment, which can lead to faster completion times and better overall results as different perspectives contribute ideas and solutions. There is something empowering about knowing you have people watching your back when it comes to getting things done collaboratively - it just makes everything easier.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

I do not like that the Teamwork icon occasionally becomes unresponsive and requires a page refresh. It would be more helpful to include all related documents with new job postings for context and ease of use when tracking each position's progress through its lifecycle. In addition, I think it should also be possible to view tasks that have already been marked as completed to easily reference past work or solutions used for similar issues without having to go back through individual emails.

Teamwork has allowed me to improve my project management skills. By collaborating with team members, we can more effectively plan and execute large projects in a timely manner.

You can create project templates and use them when starting a new project.
It is easy to use, and I never experienced any bugs or errors.
It also allows you to create custom labels on each task to remind you of the required action (e.g.: "under review",  "needs confirmation," etc). You cal also tag other team members and assign tasks to them.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

The free plan has limitations and doesn't allow you to give access to other team members.

This is a great project management tool, and it helped me a lot in planning and tracking action items during the projects. It is easy to use and very practial. Highly recommended.

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

I'm able to keep track of projects  and easily manage them at the comfort of my office without having the rest of the team coming over.  Keeps me updated on the things I might have have missed out while I was out of the teams meeting and discusdions.
It's very easy to set up and use. The payment plans are also fair and condiderate and I love it.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Not any so far but I'll definately be back as soon as I find any.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us (my team and I ) to efficiently plan on project at the comfort of our office desks without having to physically come together. I'm able to coordinate projects remotely without having to phisically meet the rest of my project team.
It's project management features enables my team and I finish and deliver well layed out projects on time.

The best thing i like in teamwork is it is easy to use, we as a team member communicate and collaboration with team easily. File sharing option is amazing and we can also assignment task to any other member simply click on assign task.

Every software comes up with some bugs and rectify it. I found this software is send lots of notifications which creates irritation sometimes for end user.

We are working on home bases and it was difficult for all project team members to communicate, sharing documents with other team members was difficult to manage over emails now using this software teamwork we found smooth operation of our day to day task to perform. This is good software.

Having Teamwork Chat as part of the suit of tools is great. It is easy to use.
I don't know what the implementation process was like, but as an employee the onboarding to the platform was easy. 
I haven't used customer support.

I wish teamwork chat threads would automatically merge threads that have the same people. For exampe, if I @person1 and @person2, then it shouldn't create a new thread if a thread with those people already exist.

I don't have a dislike so far. The organization of my projects is so helpful that I don't have any complaints or feedback for improvement.

Keeping all of my projects in one place so it is easy to switch between them when a new task is ready.  I am more productive when I don't have to search for an email or find out who was assigned. It is all there.

The best thing I like about teamwork is the ability to assign responsibilities and track progress in real-time. Another feature I love about teamwork is its chat and commenting feature that helps me collaborate with my team members on tasks efficiently without having to leave the platform.

There's nothing I don't like about Teamwork. In fact, I find its time-tracking and file-sharing features very handy and useful which helps me track time spent across different stages and then further break it down into individual tasks.

It took me a while to find my way around the system, and I'm sure there will be features I am not making the most of because of this.

I've been using Teamwork for 5+ years, and although competition is fierce, it's still one of the best project management and team collaboration tools out there.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Teamwork chat has been and still is pretty much unusable; it has massive room for improvement. A better chat tool with more features and deeper integration into the PM software would be much anticipated.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For small and perhaps medium companies, Teamwork is an excellent tool to manage projects (2 projects in the free tier and up to 20 or unlimited projects in paid tiers). Guest collaborators can be invited, and projects and tasks can be managed in a list or Kanban view. There are a few available integrations, e.g. file sharing via Google Drive, and team members can add comments and review/approve tasks.

Sometimes We have experienced connectivity issue while using it on different platforms. I hope this is not big challenge and IT team will be able to resolve it .

Teamwork.com is collaboration software that helps managers, leaders, and peers to view project status, plans, dashboards and documentation related to the project. It is the one-stop solution for all your activities to track down. Users can update the status percentage-wise and comment on the issues identified. It also allows breaking down the tasks for each assignment so that you can track the status to a very granular level.

Seems fine as a project management system. I used Asana for years and teamwork is almost identical - just not quite as good and with worse customer service.

Billing mistakes and negative customer service have given me a very bad experience with Teamwork. I paid for a year up front but I’m switching platforms 3 months in.

Teamwork was quite organized and easy to understand the basics. I appreciated how it organized all projects into a visual medium so users can quickly glance and get a general idea of where every project stands.

In some cases, there was just too much going on. You don't necessarily need to generate a graph for every single aspect of a project. It could easily lead to micromanagement.

It is helping to solve the issue of collaboration and allocation for projects. I work for a content marketing agency, and sometimes we need several team members to work on various aspects of a project, so Teamwork makes it easy to divide tasks out and keep an eye on their progress.

It is strictly project or task-driven. However, it may be worthwhile for the platform to pivot and become a workspace software. Granted, there is CRM and all the bells, but in the end, you have to use it with another software. In short, in its current form, it can not be an everyday go-to platform for a business.

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

I have been using this multi-purpose management for over eight years. It is the best solution for a project management tool, Task Management and very much fabulous for good collaboration between the team. The best part of a teamwork tool is it is straightforward to integrate with other applications, which helps to get the status of each project and product. From my point of view, there are clear steps to create projects, tasks, sub-tasks, and milestones that help you show your performance and project status to your managers and customers. You can build your team on it and assign tasks. We can see the status of each job, and you can upload the document under the project or task. If anyone from your team wants to mention any updates can write his comment. 
I am delighted to use this platform because everything we can do is on one platform. In terms of planning and development. Testing and delivery. This is the best tool for your project management. Extraction of project reports by periodically you can make a schedule where teamwork has those capabilities to send automatically via email. 10/10 because teamwork is best.

I think there is one missing thing which maybe new joiner can suffer. Learning documentation is not available, so you have to go through each and everything to be an expert on the teamwork platform

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every organization wants one powerful solution that they can use for many multi purposes, so teamwork is a tool that covers many things on one portal. Project management, Ticket management, Product updates daily scrum. And last part, which every manager wants an employee performance review on teamwork you can also see the employee per year performance and give them an increment accordinlgy.
