Besides, the interface is so nice. With Teamwork Chat, I can easily manage my projects (planning, budget, ...). Useful functions such as scheduling and assigning tasks work, make it become an assistant of my team. The workflow is faster because we don't need to use a lot of emails or other apps like before. In the other words, it helps us control the project very efficiently. We don't miss or forget any of the tasks. everything is in our control. We get a higher evaluation from customers. **What do you dislike about Teamwork Chat?** With the new user, the app needs to have a detailed instructing video, step by step with all functions or some basic functions. The first-time using Teamwork Chat, I had a little confused and didn't know where to start. Sometimes, I can't log in or load the message content. I have to re-open or re-installing then I can log in and load messages successfully. **Recommendations to others considering Teamwork Chat:** This app is very helpful for working, for projects, especially now when most people have to work remotely. Teamwork Chat can help you control your workflow nad save your time significantly! Let's try it! **What problems is Teamwork Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?** As you know, in the project, there are a lot of tasks that must be managed. Before using Teamwork Chat, sometimes, we missed the tasks and completed them late. Therefore, we received bad feedback from our customers. Besides, we also had a lot of information, and conversations need to be controlled. So we used different apps to manage. It’s very complicated. Sometimes, I forget the app that I need to use : )) (haha) But now, managing them becomes easier and more efficient. They are saved and arranged automatically in only an app. We can check and follow up at any time and haven't worried about any trouble like above. ### 4.
