Easy Daily Tip Tracking with Helpful Details **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Eda D. | Floor manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026 **What do you like best about Teamwork by SpotOn?** ou can check your daily tips and their details by clocking in and reviewing them, which is a very nice feature **What do you dislike about Teamwork by SpotOn?** The only issue is that when you open the program on your phone, everything appears extremely small and you cannot zoom in. The text is very tiny, and the screen setup is not very user-friendly **What problems is Teamwork by SpotOn solving and how is that benefiting you?** It definitely needs to be easy to use on a phone. The dates should be displayed in a larger font. There is too much information on the screen, and much of it could be eliminated. It should be simplified and made more user-friendly, especially for people who are not very familiar with technology or are older. Everyone should be able to easily see how much they earned, what time they clocked in, and what time they clocked out ### 2. The fact that employees can remotely check their worked hours is a huge plus. I like that the POS system will inform employees if they are clocking in early for their shift, and that I as a manager get notified through teamwork about employees that are late. It is very nice that I can copy week to week schedules when posting the schedule. **What do you dislike about Teamwork by SpotOn?** The interface of Teamwork leaves a lot to be desired. It is difficult to navigate, and is all in all not designed very well from a graphic design standpoint. There are many features that I wish teamwork offered. As a manager, I wish I had the capability to offer up other employees shifts when they are unable to work. I would like to be able to create my own shift parameters and personalization that pertains to my restaurant. I do not like that the mobile version of teamwork greatly limits what I am able to adjust, versus the computer version. I do not like that their is no option to add an "open shift" for employees to pick up if they would like to. **What problems is Teamwork by SpotOn solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had no issues with our previous scheduling app, the only improvement is that teamwork integrates with our POS system. ### 3.
