I stopped using TeamViewer and discontinued my service, yet they sent my account to collections without any valid reason. Despite clear communication that I no longer used or authorized the service, they continued to bill me and ignored my refund and cancellation requests. I had no outstanding balance or active use, yet they escalated it to a collection agency — a highly unprofessional and predatory practice. Their customer service has been unresponsive and dismissive, refusing to acknowledge my cancellation history. If you’re considering TeamViewer: be extremely careful with their auto-renewal policy and billing practices.
