Very easy and simple remote maintenance/remote connections possible.

Lately, there have been more frequent errors. For example, during the first connection with the customer, the desktop is visible but no mouse or keyboard inputs are possible. After reconnecting, it works then....

I have been a fan of TeamViewer for a very long time. The user experience is excellent, and offering remote support with their product is incredibly easy. I highly recommend it.

Nothing at all. It's a perfect product to help you with your remote work.

The remote desktop sharing feature is the one I use most often. It makes assisting my teammates, whether setting up their systems remotely or helping them debug issues, much easier with this product.

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

It is of utmost importance to have immediate fluid control of our high end graphics workstations. I can control complicated digital three dimensional scenes and virtual cameras as though I were on-site. It is also easily able to connect to several display feeds of our render farm allowing me to see progress across several virtual screens simultaneously. It is extremely easy and safe to log in to our studio software remotely.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Audio routing can sometimes prove difficult to setup to acoustically blend sound checks across a virtual set. I also observe that there is some background resource consumption on the host workstations when there is no data transfer to/from the host workstations. It would be nice to be able to use more dynamic layouts in the multi monitor view across ultra wide screens.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer has addressed our acute problem of having a centrally-controlled, remote access to live virtual production stages and high performance rendering nodes. We used to have difficulties in incorporating specialize professionals who were not even physically in our principal catch basin studio. A technical artist in a different location can now control an on-screen or on-stage virtual camera or scene lighting in real-time, as though they are standing adjacent to the LED volume. This changed our staffing process and really sped up our turn arounds in production.

I like how quick and easy it is to connect to another devices, even across long distance. The connection is stable, the interface is user-friendly, and i don't need much setup to start helping someone remotely. It saves a lot of time when troubleshooting issues or giving support.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The pricing can be bit high for occasional use, and sometimes time connection takes a few tries to stabilize. Also, it occasionally flags non-commercial use incorrectly, which can be frustrating.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer makes it easy to success and control devices remotely, which is a big help when providing support or managing systems form different locations. It saves me form having to travel or walk someones through and issues over the phone-I can just jump in and fix it directly.

TeamViewer meeting addon to Outlook stopped working as it should after Windows update on 5/13/2026 after restart.  Outlook stopped addon as it was slowing the application down.
I can't think of any other problems or dislikes recently.

Some of our customers (critical infrastructure in clinics) fundamentally reject the use of Teamviewer because it does not seem secure enough to them.

Without TeamViewer, remote support would be significantly more complicated.

Used to be a good product until they broke it.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Company lied about perputual license. I paid for what Teamviewer called a "perpetual license". Turns out that there lifetime license ends when they decide that they no longer want to support it. Class action lawsuit anyone? There are free programs that do the same thing.
