**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

Being able to track the activity levels of our members so that we can support them if they're slipping.  Knowing how many people to expect at each session is important for planning too!

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

Nothing really. It's all very simple and easy-to-use.  If we've had any issues in the past they're usually user errors and we get the support we need to rectify them straight away.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manging payments really.  We used to do manual invoicing each month and it was such a pain!  This way, the collection of payments is automatic which saves us a lot of time.

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

Easy to use booking system, helpful customer care team.
Covid 19 Tools were useful when lockdowns hit.
Membership, customers and calendar tabs have been great in organising information and reports have helped to see progress.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

Would be great if i could put programming of workouts and training into each session and the customers be able to log their progress rather than using another app.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy direct debit card use or cash acceptance, great to see attendances of customers or people who are slipping away or inactive so we can email or contact them swiftly with mailchimp connection.

Honestly absolutely nothing. It's a great system.

This system is so easy to use for admin and clients. The support team are amazing

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using team up we used two systems for our personal training and one for bookings. It's so much easier having it all on system. Our customers are much happier being happy having access to all this information too. It's also handy them receiving the booking reminders.

I really like how you can amend things for the customer if needed. It used to be difficult to add a client to class if they had paid cash but this seems to have been updated.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

I find the on demand library a little bit complex.

It's a good intuitive system, but as it is able to do a lot you will need to take the time to learn

Easy bookings which means people return. 
Multiple membership options available to people
Being able to add trainers who cover my classes

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

Clients comment on how easy it is to manage their classes on the app. I can set up and manage classes and memberships easily. I liked the look of Teamup compared to other providers.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

There are a couple of functions that would be good to have. It would be good if clients could be linked to the website more easily via the app to manage memberships and access the store. It would also be helpful to take instalments for course/event bookings (perhaps it does this already!)

**Recommendations to others considering TeamUp:**

It seems to do everything you need it to.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I spend so much less time doing admin now. It looks professional for my clients. The subscriptions mean my income is more steady and secure. New customers can sign up easily.

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

TeamUp is super easy to navigate and understand. It makes making changes to the schedule or any other changes like memberships upgrades etc super easy, I can do everything off my phone if I wanted! 
I love the auto email features, they are really helpful and definitely help generate more income into my business as you can target customers more specifically rather than generalised emails. 
Customer service are the BEST!

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

I would love to be able to cap a number of 'free taster' or 'intro offer' clients in a class. For me setting up extra classes for free taster session clients looks too clunky on my schedule so I'd rather book them into existing classes. I can't cap numbers however so sometimes I have too many free taster session people booking into a class.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamUp:**

If you are looking for extensive but simple features and ease of use, this software is for you!

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My problem with my previous software was it was so complicated and time consuming. This had a huge effect on my overall mental well-being. Switching to TeamUp gave me my sanity back! It's so easy and intuitive, I feel more confident as a business owner:)

Ease of use, I like that it keeps track of all aspects of my client.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

Not being able to book someone who's not yet paid for a session. I wish there was a 'holding' appointment process where you can 'pencil' someone in until they've confirmed and paid

**Recommendations to others considering TeamUp:**

I'd recommend using TeamUp to any Personal Trainer or Gym/Wellness Centre manager. It's easy to use, easy fo rthe customer to use and it saves time doing admin work.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accounts! I send over the CSV sheet to my accountant and let him deal with it! Makes things so much easier. It means my time is better spent doing my actual job.

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

It's broad and customisable. TeamUp has a tonne of functionality. Being able to track lots of activity and then pull reports on it is fab.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

It can take far too long to fix issues or get support from TeamUp. There can be quite a few limitations which can impact on customer experience, and should be a quick fix from their end.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamUp:**

Consider the speed with which development might be useful to your business before buying into it.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamUp takes all of the labour out of our class passes, billing, and some aspect of customer loyalty. We wouldn't have the resources to manage our customers otherwise

There's nothing I dislike about TeamUp as a system.

Bookings, Class Pass Purchases and Managing customers' queries. I love the bulk edit function, as well as the fact that TeamUp regularly rolls out new features which makes managing my business a lot easier. The monthly revenue figures are always helpful too.

I like having different options for class bookings and flexibility

I dislike that course bookings do not have as many features and flexibility as regular class bookings... Even down to little things like choosing your own name for the bookings course page (instead of now, beyond etc)

The cost, it is very expensive in comparison to other companies.

Calendar function is great, seeing class attendance over a period.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

Not being able to see class attendace after class, showing the actual number attended ( as it doesnt take into account cancels / no shows)
Also would be great to pull a list of inactive customer report
Be great to find a way to run a report to pull up possible duplicate accounts too

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

Great customer service and set-up support. It's easy to maintain and set up new entries. I like the Zoom integration and reminder emails which are useful for my clients.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

Customers are limited to purchasing only one single-entry to a class and you must create an account to do so. I appreciate how this helps with customer retention, however, I offer classes outdoors for which my customers would like to purchase additional tickets for their friends on a one-off basis.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The demand platform offers a nice extra to the whole customer experience and I use it as an incentive to get monthly memberships as opposed to class-passes and single tickets.

Clean, simple to use and unmatched support

If your business is a little more complicated, you have to get creative to find workarounds eg. if you offer 2:1 private lessons, want to book people in before they've paid or want to offer monthly payments on classes (using memberships for this adds extra steps) but the system has a lot of options to solve problems.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamUp:**

Make use of the support such as zoom calls to help get set up but get familiar with the system first and try a few different ways of setting things up (if you can find a friend who uses it already that'll save a lot of time too).

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to offer multiple payment options has been really important with the cost of living crisis. For new businesses, flexibility to choose and change how you run classes makes a big difference too.

Teamup just keeps everything in one place its super for reporting and the team is super responsive. its nice to be able to see the business overview on the dashboard

i think there could be some more reporting options but that is more a business specific report as opposed to general reporting

Easy to manage clients and memberships. I have been using Teamup for years now and I don't think I would be able to stay organised without it.

There is nothing I dislike about it really.

Since switching to TEamup several years ago, I have never looked back. I helped me to grow my business as it saved me so much admin time. My customers also really love it as they can stay in control of all their payments and bookings.

It is easy for my clients to manage their own accounts and book classes. All of their membership payments are automated so it saves us all a lot of time each month.

It can be quite difficult to get an immediate response as a lot of queries go through to the team and they respond via email.

Using TeamUp saves me so much admin time.

No guest user option for store purchases. It would be great to have that function to allow non members to purchase merchandise

Great UI design and thorough reporting options. Fee collection, capturing customer details and class management have improved our operation significantly.

Product upload into the shop does not cater for multiple variations in a single upload.

If, as we did, you are migrating from an existing system take the time to identify the functional requirements. This includes existing procedures, data structures and financial systems already in place for fee collection. Doing this allowed us to present our requirements clearly and concisely which in turn allowed the TeamUp guys to map our needs to the software.

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

The most helpful thing is not have to chase money anymore and knowing that I'm not missing payments from members. I also love the fact that you can automate ParQ's and forms that you require from members without chasing.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

Currently there is nothing that I dislike and I haven't come across any bugs or glitches in the 3 years that I've been using it.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to book members in myself, automated emails for new members makes delivery of content a breeze. I am now far more productive with my work as I don't have to worry so much about the admin side of things.

To be honest for what i need team up for there ain't any down sides i can think of. It keeps things simple and doesn't over complete booking and managering my clients

I love that you can see classes and attendance for the week at a glance. The reports are especially helpful for planning purposes.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

I sometimes find the billing to clients difficult for them to see and understand, especially when paments have been skipped or amended.

I find it easy to keep on top of class attendance and what memberships are being utilised at any one time.

I think the similplicity of the software on our end and the clients makes it incredibly easy to use and introduce to our clients.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

It's pretty great but I'd like reporting of staff sessions, not per hour as our classes are 45 minutes so the reports don't sync up as smoothly as I'd like.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamUp:**

It's easy, quick to set up and incredibly powerful for your business.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy and quick to take payments, complete reporting for metrics we track and also track member engagement. 

It wins me back a lot of time each month

The price. I've been hearing a lot about people switching to cheaper booking systems.

The help and support available is really great & I think it's generally very straightforward to use. I love the face It's very easy to integrate my online classes with in-person classes too!

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

There isn't a business app which would make things slightly easier in my opinion. I would also like it if my customers were able to purchase gift vouchers, as well as the option to book a slot for someone else in class if they were bringing someone with them.

The waitlist and on-demand features are brilliant!

The new procedure with asking for help.  I like talking to someone on the phone and asking, as the answer is more immediate.  Typing the question loses the importance of the situation. It becomes impassive.  It is also very slow to get the answer.  When you are in full flow in the work place it is more efficient to speak to someone to gain a solution rather than stop for a long while to get an answer from a robot hopefully.

I'm not in charge of the technical aspect of the company in work work. But our services offer Therapy sessions. It was challenging to find the suitable language for our sliding scale for payment.

I’ve been with Teamup 2 years now and if you are running a small or large fitness business I highly recommend TeamUp. The staff are friendly and supportive and always happy to help guide you through everything you need to know. 

They never let a phone call go missed, and they return 100% of phone calls. They will call you back, even if you don’t leave a message.

The next best thing is that they listen to their customers and continue to update the system, so that customers will always have the best experience. 

In terms of pricing, for the brilliant service that they offer, on a maximum number of clients, it is by far the best price you can find on the market. 

I have previously thought of leaving Teamup for a different service but when I compared the services of other software companies with Teamup, they always come out on top.
