**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

The ease of members using the software and the signing up process receiving automated email with follow up instructions.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

Minimal ability with no show class penalties and no ability to set classes to open same time each day

Take payments automatically and schedule all my classes for members to book at ease

Ease of use. The support and backend system is so good.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

I dont use all of the tools so I can forgot certain things and when i do need them I struggle to remember how to do it.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Takes away the admin for joining members and time in booking people on the class.

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

Initially super friendly support and streamlined payment facilities

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

Poor customer service with arising issues. Phone number disconnected and a chat support that can take days for a response. Lack of support once I decided to leave. Minor mistakes made, a customer recieved a duplicate payment, booked calls sometimes not returned, I was billed incorrectly, account closed on wrong day.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used team up to streamline payments through gocardless and stripe onto customers accounts automatically, this saves lots of time compared to manual entries

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

Easy to navigate and set up with plenty of support on hand when you need it. Not only does it make class management a doddle, but keeping on top of payment and client relations is also a breeze

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

We would love to add more client data within TeamUp without relying on 3rd party apps (such as goals, health data etc.). Something that the client could add to and view in the app as well as us being able to work with it on the desktop version.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralises all payments in one place to make it very easy to track and manage. The automation help with client engagement and retention. Class and schedule management is very easy to keep on top of.

Very helpful service, friendly and quick to respond

There are a lot of features that we do not use that you can not opt out of

Easy for customers to book onto classes, all payments are taken securely and we no longer get lots of requests for people asking us for links etc as we have automated reminders going out for repurchasing class packs.

At this stage there is not anything that has been a challenge that hasn't been supported through the team.

TeamUp allows me to manage so many different aspects of my pilates studio from one place. Clients find it easy to use. It has saved me so much time doing admin!

There are one or two small things that I would love changed that would make my life even easier but apparently they are not possible

Allowing clients to make bookings and payments for Pilates classes directly. This avoids me having to manage this manually

It's very easy to use- you have your classes, students and revenue at a glance. The user interface is accessible and intuitive. The system is stable and doesn't crash.

I haven't encountered any downsided yet. It's a very good system.

Organising classes, keeping track of students and payments. It ensures that all teachers see who's booked and when, and the studio owner can keep track of finances easily.

It's an incredibly intuative product to use, with all the features you could want or need. The support team are very helpful, and will do whatever they can to help assist you.

I'd like more branding options I think, to have more of a feeling of my business when my clients are using TeamUp.

Timetable, membership payments. I don't know how'd i'd operate with out it.

Being able to customise memberships, payment and booking options fully. The dashboard spells things plainly and isn't confusing.

The calendar that members view to make their bookings could be more customisable, easy to understand, or simply look slicker.

Team Up's customisable options on booking windows allows for a user experience that means we are not contacted about bookings, rather they are made via app.

Constant support from the team and you can request new features if they aren't already available.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

Downloading reports can be buggy if you are using safari. I wish there was an option to automatically charge for no-shows.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to schedule classes and book clients in.
Very easy to follow so you can store all client info eg waivers and notes with the profile.

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

It's incredibly easy to use for bookings, and administration activities.  I like the reports facility and how easy it is to amend descriptions, times, etc.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

I don't really see any 'downsides' just some improvement areas that would be helpful.  For example increasing emails that can be sent e.g. bespoke emails.  It's all in one place then rather than having to upload to mailchimp for just 1 or 2 emails.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making class booking easy for my clients and less administrative for me (used to be by text message!).  It also holds all of my customer data securely and enable online payments.

It makes managing classes, payments, and bookings really easy, as well as schedules for classes, discount codes, etc. All seamless.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

Maybe the lack of a deposit option for certain events that require a bigger payment.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Booking onto sessions, people missing payments, waivers for new students.

All of this is cleared up by having people book on to all sessions through TeamUp.

Sometimes things don't work as you would like when you haven't ticked a specific box and it can take time to find the exact reason out. Once you have the processes down, it is easy to use though.

Allows clients to book memberships and book onto classes and PT's.

Ease of Use. Great Dashboard, easy-to-use membership options, highly accessible and excellent customer service. 5 starts for Teamup! My clients love the app too and this is super important

I didnt dislike anything. Teamup is a great tool to use for your business and you wont look back. Highly customisable too which is a huge plus. I would say what I didnt like but cant think of anything.

Teamup are solving membership creating, client acquisition, client booking and tracking waiver tracking and signing. It has benefited me as I have all these things in one place now

I like how everything is so user-friendly. TeamUp is pretty much my one-stop shop for running my whole business. I run a yoga studio with completely online booking and I couldn't do it without TeamUp. It also integrates with Mailchimp in a very intuitive way- which I use alongside TeamUp regularly. I've had a few queries along the way and they have been very hands-on in helping me get to the bottom of my questions.

There is very little I dislike about TeamUp. The only thing I can think of is that I feel I might personally not be using the software to its full potential as I am just a solo small business owner. No complaints from me!

It's the whole package. I honestly can't fault it. Any issues I've had have been dealt with quickly.

My whole business pretty much lives on TeamUp. Thanks so TeamUp we can now schedule our 25 weekly classes and know who will be attending each class, prior to this we did it manually!  We no longer need to chase members for payments as TeamUp blocks members from booking classes if their payments bounce, this saves us a lot of admin time.  Families can book in one place which is easier for parents.

There isn't a back end 'note' section for each member which would be really helpful for us.  It would be good if we could amend the wait list to make the decision who attends first rather than the system adding them in the booking order.

Customer services are excellent and they were there for me throughout the Covid Pandemic. They were very proactive with covid guidance, business ideas, promoting Zoom classes and linking them extremely fast to their booking system. They also allowed me to take a payment holiday, park my booking system when I was closed and kept my account with all of the customer data for when we reopened. This is why I am very loyal to them now.

I run courses not classes, it's not as user-friendly, and intuitive as it could be. Once you know it's ok but not easy for some clients.

Try it with their free trial and see if you like it. The customer services will then load all of your customers and emails so it is hassle-free.

Teamup saves me so much admin time as it automates tasks like class reminder emails, booking people on and off classes and following up new starters after their first class. It also manages all my customers subscriptions, allows me to take payment by card or DD and has allowed me much more flexibility is setting up different memberships and offers. It also reports the billable hours each of my instructors has carried out so I know how many classes I am paying them for each month.

There aren't really any downsides to using teamup. Initially I thought it was a bit expensive, but when I compared it to the cost of paying someone to do the admin tasks which teamup automates I realised that it was actually very good value.

It has saved me around 10 hours a week in admin time through automating many processes. 
It ensures all customer subscriptions are paid and flags up if there is a payment problem. 
It makes class registers much easier to keep and share.

My clients find TeamUp and the TeamUp members app really easy to use.  They find it easy to book classes and I don't get hassled with questions.  There is a lot of automation available which is a huge time saver and I can quickly check up on what's happening financially.  I like that I can easily download email addresses and other info to create a custom mailing list.  Their tech support is excellent if I have any questions or issues.

It's quite expensive compared to other products.
Sometimes when clients book a class on the app they have just bought a pass, rather than booking the session, which can cause some confusion.

Great system if you want to easily be able to manage your memberships and bookings.  It's easily customisable to create all the membership packages and options that you want.

The team are helpful, and are super responsive. I like the dashboard and that all of the features are included within my subscription. I haven't tried other software, but this was the top recommended.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

The only downside for me is that I run my courses in 4-week blocks that run every month regularly. The system doesn't quite fit to my needs in this way, but I've found some workarounds. however, it means that people can't book themselves as a recurring member without it prorating their fee. I have to have 2 separate memberships, and then put them manually on afterward.

I can't bulk edit classes - sometimes I need to change the names of classes/put extra info in. I have to do it one by one which is quite time consuming.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamUp:**

use the  Try it out for free offer. Give it time to understand the platform - book in for calls and make the most of the team. play around with the system to get used to it.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- easier to keep all paperwork online and in one place (i was using other software for this before) 
- Bulk changing payments is amazing 
- seeing unpaid invoices, which reduces my admin

Team Up makes my life so much easier. It has minimised the paperwork involved in signing up members with all its online forms and payments. It feels safe for clients and for me. No more FB or text messages about cancellations and rescheduling. Clients feel in control of booking and cancelling their own classes, without needing to let me know.  I also love the 'On Demand' content I can provide to my clients. No more emailing clients with videos of our classes. I just upload them to the 'On Demand' section and they are there for the clients to find themselves.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

There isn't much I don't love about Team Up. Clients have mentioned that the 'On Demand' content would be better ordered with the most current video at the top of the list, rather than in alphabetic order. However, you can set up the videos with filters so that clients can search for videos with keywords.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamUp:**

It's a no brainer! Its features make life much easier! AND the technical support is top-notch!

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was having to pay an admin assistant to input a lot of paperwork into the old system I had. My admin costs have dramatically decreased because I no longer need any help with the Team Up system. Clients either join by using an online link and do all the admin themselves, or I can enter their details and send them an invite with minimal effort. Payments are slick and safe. Memberships are easy to cancel or to 'skip' for a month. I feel confident that my system is working well in the background of my business. The Team Up interface is professional and easy to use for all involved. It makes a good impression on my clients.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamUp:**

The notification emails have great functionality - far better than MindBody in my opinion, although for some of the messages its not 100% clear what you are sending (ie it tells you there is a merge tag but doesnt say what the merge tag says). Its much better value for money than MB and also uses stripe and GoCardless so the transaction fees are cheaper too.
The switch from MB to TeamUp was easy. The support team do most stuff for you.
The reports are not as comprehensive as MB and I do miss that a little bit but you can find most important stuff out with a bit of digging.
The Zoom integration works great and makes it very easy to run online classes at the same time as in person classes.
The app for members is super intuitive (more so than MB in my opinion)
The booking process for members is not so intuitive and occasionally some less techy members struggle with this.
Members can do more of their own account management and can process their own upgrades, downgrades and cancellations (if you choose), which saves time.
The support team are great. 
It seems like they are constantly making improvements and genuinely listen to customer feedback - I do feel heard with TeamUp.
Refunds are a bit complicated with GoCardless who have a week long fraud prevention thing now before you can process a refund. So it feels like you are making customers wait a really long time before they can be refunded and there is no way to process the refund until this time is up so you have to just wait and set a reminder to do it rather than being able to just refund - this is a bit annoying.

holding online and in-person classes simultaneously, collecting payments is easy, the pre-and post class notifcations help close sales and mean more people arrive

TeamUp is simple to use for business and for customers too. Very good customer service any time I have a question, which has been particularly helpful with many changes during the last 2 pandemic years.

Integrations can be moderately complex and take a bit of time to initially set up, however this is also the same with competitor products which I've experienced, and TeamUps' user guides are thorough and straightforward to follow.

Book a call in with their team and see if they meet your requirements - talk to them! They're friendly and approachable. If they do what you need, you absolutely won't regret your decision.

Hosting our online offering, bookings for group training and 1-2-1s both online and in-person, allowing customers to manage accounts to minimise staff time spent. Customer app reduces wasted staff admin time.

There is a lot of flexibility in the system, meaning you can personalise it to your business and services. The team are almost always on hand to help with any questions or changes you'd like to make.

Despite the flexibility, the customisation of the aesthetics is quite limited.

Some of my clients also go to other businesses that use teamup and they have to use a different login for each. A 'switch business' button would be ideal.

They have an integrated payment system, but no facility for storing programmes. The customer's notes section is very basic, so you'll probably end up storing some data elsewhere

I dread to think of the Admin time required if we did it all on paper, not to mention data protection.
My clients can surf my timetable effortlessly and change their appointments round with just a few clicks. All I have to do is look at my upcoming schedule on the dashboard to keep up.

It's the versatility of Team Up that I like best - which is the very reason I chose it. As a coach who works with both individuals and groups in a wide variety of locations, I wanted a system that could cater for these - and more. Team Up allows me to set up whatever combinations I need. It offers a fantastic range of options when it comes to taking payments too. The help and support behind Team Up are excellent - whenever I have had a query, I've received assistance very promptly. I like the fact that my clients like Team Up too - it's easy for them to access and use. I'm often asked if I have someone behind the scenes doing my admin work for me but my answer is always no, I don't need to! Team Up is my admin assistant and it does a cracking job!

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

There's very little I dislike about Team Up. If I had to pick one thing, it's that there is so much choice in how to set things up on Team Up that it can be a bit overwhelming, and sometimes the support guides don't quite have the answer I need. But that's pretty minor really!

* having a system where people can book themselves on without having to contact me
* having a system where people can pay (and have choices in how to pay) without having to ask for bank details
* having a system where clients are sent reminders ahead of their booking slots

Easy to use for trainers and clients. Saves time. In depth reports of class attendances and current members.

As of yet I haven't experienced any downsides

Keeps a track of class attendances. Recurring payments for memberships. In depth reports allowing me to manage busienss better.

I like the functionality of Team Up. It 

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

makes everything very easy to use, from taking payments, creating sessions, managing client memberships and event providing training for clients. It keeps getting better too as the software developers keep adding more functions to an already great platform. It's very reasonably priced too and scales with your business. I wouldn't use any other system.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamUp:**

go for it. Team Up does practically everything you need for a gym and more. It has great customer service and they will help you with any transfer of details from any other CRM. You have nothing to lose.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client management, memberships, payments and session scheduling, which are always the biggest headache. Yhis allows our team to focus more time to the clients, getting better results and making the whole experience better all round.

Wish you could filter out ex members from certain elements such as birthday reminders or session count reports

The whole package from sign up to membership to session booking & attendance
