**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

I really like TeamUp because everything I need is in one place. It simplifies managing members, reviewing reports, and sharing courses. It's convenient not having to look in multiple places for the information I need; it's all there and ready for us to use. I also find it good that TeamUp keeps improving whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

I think that the chatbot's good, but sometimes there's a lack of understanding of what we really need. Sometimes there's a lot of different ways to find information or a lot of different answers for information you're trying to find, so maybe a more streamlined version for finding different things for reports would help. The only other thing I'd say is that there's no easy way to change our hours to have a day closed a week. We can't indefinitely put a closed section on Sundays only; we've got to do it every individual Sunday by bulk closing, which could be improved.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We find TeamUp keeps everything in one place, making it easy for us to share access and manage memberships. It provides us better insight into our gym's revenue and member satisfaction.

It does have limited capabilities, lack of apple pay, some app features like account details for customers are hard for them to find. Sunday is the first day of the week on the app this confuses people. Membership purchases are difficult for members if its reoccuring and they want to select a start date they can't only the business can

Having an interactive booking system that automates a lot of work, reporting is helpful for tax returns too

There's not anything I dislike about Teamup, the only thing I'd say would be good with it is having the payments be sorted through Teamup rather than a processing company like stripe

I like TeamUp's transparent pricing and tiered structure, which helps us, as a small business, to not worry about over-investing in our CRM. I also appreciate the 24/7 support, as it means we can get answers to queries almost immediately.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

I find the software slightly clunky and the UX isn’t as smooth as other companies. I also have issues with the fonts, booking experience, and cookies on the embed settings.

With TeamUp, I can manage both studios on a single platform and track client data efficiently. The transparent pricing and 24/7 support ensure we don't overspend on CRM and get quick answers to queries.

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

I like that everything's in one place with TeamUp, which makes it nice and easy to use. I also appreciate the usable app that our customers can use for most of their own upgrades, downgrades, and change of plans. It works quite well for us, as we don't have to do much of the work, which is a big help.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

The only thing that's really an issue is stopping customers from having more than one subscription. Unfortunately, TeamUp doesn't prevent them from taking out multiple subscriptions. We've had a couple of customers where they've reached their limit for the month and then accidentally taken out a second membership, which then double charges them. It is quite a bit of an annoyance, if I'm perfectly honest. It seems to be happening reasonably regularly, but it's not an absolute game changer.

TeamUp keeps everything in one place, making it easy to use for our triathlon coaching business. It simplifies booking swimming sessions and streamlines customer upgrades and changes, reducing workload for us.

It’s quite rigid and I have put in quite a few change requests that haven’t been actioned and haven’t been acknowledged since I made the request.

For example, the function to allow people to switch session time within the same day without being impacted by late cancellation rules. Without this function we have a lot of unnecessary admin

I wouldn’t say it’s solving any problems. It provides a booking platform which is essential for a small group personal training studio

I’m not tech savvy but the teamup software is so simplified that I never feel incapable of figuring out what to do

Lacking some features that I have seen in other apps like a drop-in fee for members different from the public.
Also, members have complained about not being able to see how many people are in their class after the latest app update.

I really like how easy teamup is to use from an owner perspective. My customers also find teamup easy to navigate and it means any issues can be resolved quickly.

That customers cannot see the pricing options or class timetable without signing up. This does somewhat prevent potential new clientele from browsing.

Creating recurring reservations has limited options. Eg you can't create bi-weekly for members.

I do wish that the client user end was a little more interactive/friendly.  Goal setting/tracking and ease of use to track usage of class credits.

I love how any changes to my class schedule or membership prices etc are reflected on my website immediately.

The discount codes and milestone emails are something that I use regularly.

When I first signed up for team up the customer support was at the end of the phone line which was brilliant.  Now you can still get it over the phone however it needs to be booked

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

I wish there was an easy way to show reporting on attendance class numbers and being able to display this in a graph would be REALLY helpful; the same also for revenue so I can see attendance/revenue trends over a 12 month period.

If I'm honest, I don't use all the functionality and the size of my business doesn't really support the price.  I would be so happy if there was a way to reduce the quantity of features available to use, and also reduce the cost of the subscription.

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

There are many great features that make running a sport centre easy and straight forward. The helpline is available all the time to help if you get stuck with anything at all and they are always very very helpful with resolving whatever your issue is. It is very easy to sign up new members and their members app is fantastic, we work with the older generation that openly tell me they struggle with technology, but I never have any complaints about the team up app.

Nothing negative that I can think of, never had any issues and anything I have struggled with is always quickly resolved

We run a small gym / wellbeing centre for the over 50s. This product is our main platform for memberships, payments, classes and much more. Without it we would not be able to run properly. We have used it since opening and I would not use any other app.

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

TeamUp offers a fabulously simple interface for setting up your studio times and offerings - with easy access for your clients, and good integrations for payment providers. When clients need holds putting on their account, it pro rata's payments in a logical manner, and to date we've not had any user complaints in regards to using the app for booking and so on.

One feature that stands out for time you'd normally scratch your head, is the AI assist. It will quickly grab relevant areas of the documentation to answer any and all questions you throw at it, super handy. I've not had to resort to 'real' customer support once - which is always a blessing!

Since we launched last year we've run thousands of clients sessions, and it hasn't missed a beat - heartily recommended!

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

The only minor gripe we have is when bulk editing session timetables - the interface can be a bit clunky, so I tend to do it manually / avoid having to change the rota too much.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamUp gives us a consumer facing booking app that works. It's fast, and intuitive for clients, so makes managing our timetable and collecting our income a piece of cake

I love all the features and usability. Everything works really well with no glitches. It was easy to set up and I use it every day for my classes and courses. Plus the support team are always on hand to help or add new features. A really nice company to work with. Highly recommend.

I can't think of anything to say for this.

Team Up helps with all the class booking administration, automated emails and notifications, dealing with wait lists and cancellations for me - it saves me a lot of time.

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

It seems to be able to do almost everything I want. Most of the time if I think of a function I want, it's already there (even if occasionally I need to ask Support to help me discover it). It always feels like the team has worked with almost every possible type of gym and has already found or foreseen what will be needed. Also, it doesn't glitch. My previous software glitched regularly and lost me income, but that's never happened here.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

Just occasionally there is a feature I want that doesn't exist. The support team are always great at finding work-arounds but it's not necessarily the same thing, eg if a customer books a PAYG class and then decides to reschedule, they're obliged to cancel and rebook rather than just reschedule, which means I lose the payment-provider fees. TeamUp did find a work-around for me, which I appreciate, but I'd have preferred the ability for customers simply to reschedule.
On a couple of specific topics: firstly, my clients dislike the nature of the waitlist function, which allocates a brief period to each client in turn for a chance at a spot, instead of notifying all clients (and me) for a free-for-all. This is a bit of an issue for me as I've missed out bookings and disappointed clients multiple times.
Secondly, while most of my clients pay by card, I have a couple who pay cash. TeamUp doesn't allow you to have card as your main payment method while also making it possible to record some transactions as cash, so I have to maintain a separate spreadsheet to record these, which is extra admin and makes it harder to see total class numbers etc.

It's allowing me to manage bookings for classes in an efficient, easy way.
It makes bookkeeping very simple too.

Team Up is very easy to use. Love that they keep giving us new updates on how to make the App Better!
As a frequent user of the App, I can say that using this for our customers was one of the best things we did.
Easy and Simple to use. 
Calendar Sync update was a game changer not just for me but to all those who also use the app as well.
Everything is all accessible by just a click and makes it easy to use for anyone of different ages!
Customer Service is always ready to help out the best way they can, when we have a question or concern.

Don't really have any dislikes just a request or I should say and Idea as a Business Account User,
Sometimes we have Staff Meetings, and it would be so much easier if we do attendance for our Staff members when they attend. Thank you for taking your time to reading this!

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

TeamUp has been a wonderful platform for our facility. We use it daily for check-ins, payments, memberships, and managing our calendar. It's incredibly helpful that patrons can sign in on their own, or we can register them on our end with ease.

One of the standout features is how user-friendly the calendar is—posting events to the public is seamless, and the clean layout makes it easy for both staff and patrons to navigate. The sidebar navigation keeps everything organized and accessible in just a few clicks.

TeamUp was also very easy to implement. The setup process was straightforward, and we were up and running in no time. Integration with our existing systems was smooth, requiring minimal effort from our team.

Finally, customer support has been excellent. Any time we've had a question or needed help, the TeamUp team has been quick to respond and incredibly helpful.

Overall, we highly recommend TeamUp for any facility looking for a reliable, intuitive, and well-supported management platform.

When you make a family profile memberships with also go onto the family members. So when someone wants to cancel they have to go through every family member to cancel and not just themselves.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamUp has helped solve several challenges we faced with scheduling, client management, and payment tracking. Before using TeamUp, it was difficult to keep everything organized in one place—memberships, class sign-ups, and staff scheduling were all handled through different systems or manually. TeamUp brings everything together in a single, user-friendly platform.

It has streamlined our check-in process, made it easier to track attendance, and significantly reduced the amount of time we spend on admin tasks. Members can register or make payments online, which cuts down on in-person traffic and improves convenience for everyone.

It’s also solved the issue of unclear communication—the public calendar makes it simple to post events and keep everyone in the loop, while the backend tools help us stay on top of capacity limits, billing, and renewals.

Ultimately, TeamUp has saved us time, reduced errors, improved member satisfaction, and helped us run our operations more efficiently.

I love many things about TeamUp. First and foremost is usability. I have a diverse range of clients in terms of how easy they find it to use tech but each and every one finds TeamUp extremely easy to use. A close second is the level of customer service TeamUp provides, they seem to have thought of everything but make it extremely easy to request features and work so hard to resolve problems quickly.

I haven't yet found anything I dislike. It just works!

It save me hours of time every week with administrative work. I just wouldn't be able to manage bookings without this system in place.

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

The comprehensive structure provides many options for setting up and managing your business. 

Customer support are responsive. 

The customer facing web interface is pretty slick, and embeds easily into our website. 

I like that the coaches can adjust their own schedules and availability - this takes an overhead off our administrator. 

The dashboard is very well laid out and provides exactly what is needed.

The document and waiver function is comprehensive and very well implemented. This will also save a lot of time on waiver completion.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

We have found TeamUp to be convoluted in some areas, such as changing an appointment time. It would be nice to drag and drop instead of multiple clicks to make a small change.

Some of the UI is not as friendly as we have experienced in other platforms. 

Coaches do not recieve notifications about rescheduled classes. 

It is still possible for the house to book coaches who have blocked themselves as it is not easy to see on the calendar that they are not available.

The app is a nice feature, but somewhat clunky and slow, and not really suitable for our needs.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to structure memberships that are applicable to certain lessons or activities make it a lot easier for us to manage who has paid for what and see how many sessions they have left. With our previous system, we had to do a lot of that accountability manually. Again, the memberships function has reduced our admin overhead by providing email list capture, financial reporting, and more.

The fact that it is a very comprehensive platform and that all functionality is included by default. Alongside that they keep adding on functionality based on recommendations from their users.

I'm both a trainer and a physical therapist, as a platform it is predominantly focused on fitness training so sometimes the functionality for therapists (appointments, notes, etc) feel a little clunky compared to other platforms. Some of the functionality is there, and I can very much use it, I just wish it was a little easier to use for a therapist.

All-in-one platform for group bookings and individual appointments, with the opportunity to cross-sell both training and therapy appointments. It easily solves the issue of offering multiple sales avenues, whether an individual class/appointment, course, packs or memberships.

The hands off approach it has provided to customers purchasing memberships has been brilliant. We also saw an immediate increase in revenue after implementing the TeamUp booking system as it's a lot a more "water tight" than our previous booking provider. Customers have to provide payment information before they can book which has meant we don't have to keep track of who's paid what and can concentrate on providing a good coaching service. We do coaching, not admin!

A few not so tech savvy customers found the switch over tricky. It all got sorted but there was a bit of confusion for a few days.

The financial management features of Teamup are simple and clear, providing a dashboard and deep-dive analysis of funds received, membership purchases and projections for billing. At any time, I can see how much we've brought in, what we're expecting and any issues with the payment handler for our members. Customer support is responsive and friendly and always show a desire to find a solution to the problem.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

TeamUp's calendar functions really well but the aesthetics of the customer experience are not as slick as other web2.0 services. The member portal and switching between providers (e.g. if a member has memberships with 2 businesses) are not as slick as the rest of the platform.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamUp seamlessly handles memberships, purchases, booking and member management. I imagine performing the same tasks manually or in separate systems and it would be a total nightmare taking up most of our time. The level of self-service power that the customer has is excellent and allows us, as a business, to provide the customer with freedom of choice and the ability to freely amend bookings, classes and memberships with no time consuming customer-service interaction. TeamUp allows us to focus on our members while the platform takes care of the administration. In additon, the flexibility of the membership module allows us to tailor our experience to our customers' needs by offering membership tiers, discounts, into-offers and more; the ability to set it once and let it run automatically is a massive value-add for us and our customers.

It is very useful that i can edit and manage all of the functions, at the beggining with all the steps to follow make it easier to fill in all of the features, customer support was very handful at any time for any questions, i only took 2 days to complete all of the fuctions and implementate it to my business.

i dont have anything negative about the platform, maybe for future can be good that it can integrate more languages, something that would help is to have a custommer support that speaks your one language to make the communication easier.

To schedule all the different classes,  payment system and to be able to make reports and see how the business is doing in order to take decisions, it is very helpful that i can see all of the history movents even if i have a different administrator, it is useful that i can give access but limitate the functions to different people.

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

The support is unravelled, they do everything to make you like easy every step of the way, brand new or coming from another company they got you.

There are things that you can do but all that matters is how to make it work for you the staff make sure you get full use out of everything.

It makes it easier to take payment, freeze memberships and sell products if you have them to sell to your members.
and the best part is there always developing new things most importantly we are always welcome to give feedback so they can make the software better.

For me, the only downside is that Teamup doesn't have an app that we as coaches use and manage from but everything works amazingly on my phone when am not at the computer so am happy that my members get the app regardless of whether we don't.

I use the app weekly just to keep on top of things but sometimes time won't for a whole month because once you set it you make a few that are simple changes when you need, bare in mind all of this easy to do if you're not a tech person staff give all the help you so all set up ready to go.

It is easy to implement and slots of integration so you cannot go wrong.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

coaches don't have an app to use we have to manage everything from the site. Not a deal breaker for me but it might be for some.

keep track of memberships, take payment and keep clients accountable book on to classes etc

A workaround for this might be you using the web desktop version on your mobile. It presents like the app, but is really a shortcut to your TeamUp account in your mobile web browser, providing you the same functionality as the desktop version. **What do you like best about TeamUp?**

It is just so easy to use. The whole user experience has been carefully considered and it shows!
As someone relatively new to systems like this, I've found TeamUp so easy to adapt to.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

I'm excited for them to introduce two factor authentication! The whole system will be completely full proof when they do

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamUp have just thought of everything. I love being able to log in and see everything I need to on my dashboard. There's no spending hours going through different pages, it's just super streamlined

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

The time their staff have taken to speak to me and listen to my issues in the past, and particularly more recently with Stuart. 
As a platform TeamUp works really well, it is intuitive to use and gets updated frequently. It is very versatile, which works very well for our aerial fitness business. We are very grateful to TeamUp and its staff!

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

It appears to have higher prices than other similar platforms but I suspect this is related to the better customer service, versatility of their system and user-friendly app.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An easy app for our students to book classes and for us to mange bookings, track revenue etc.

The customer service in the beginning was good.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

I did not get the full scope of switching to this platform. I had to create a new sales page, my Stripe Capital loan was no longer being paid back automatically, and my entire affiliate business was lost.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamUp created more problems for me and my customer base was unhappy.
