**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

Staff support is excellent, quick and friendly.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

No nutrition included as part of the standard package. This would be handy and I liked the additional option recently added to some degree but it didn't do what I hoped. Maybe in the future

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes the whole process if membership management and payment processing really simple and easy. Saves me hours of work

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

It is simple and easy to see most information. The dashboard is the best part of it all!

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

the calendar view from staff POV is a challenge to understand!

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to house my Personal Training an dMassage company under one roof! It allows me to keep my client payments in order and members sign up for class seamlessly

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

The fact that everything works the way it should and it does all the things you need it to, unlike many other systems

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

Little. I would like it if I could send emails directly.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to allow memberships with a certain amount of credits per month. It's easy to manage cancellations. You can freeze memberships for any length of time and the amount of credits are worked out for you.  Members have the option to late cancel and it is easy to either refund or not refund credits. Everything works properly,  so less admin time.

very user friendly for clients and for teachers

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

I would like there to be an app for the business side
I would prefer clients are unable to see how many spots are filled in each class

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is so much more user friendly than my previous booking system. I find the support really great. always quick replies if there is ever any question or issues.

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

Payments, memberships and class/client diary all integrated with reports/analytics. The customer service from team up to help me build my business is brilliant.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

The only thing i can think of is I would like the client app to be branded to make my booking system more personalised. Aside from that i think TeamUp couldn't be better!

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling my week, allowing clients to book their sessions, allowing me to see who is coming and how often.
Before all of my clients payments where scattered over the month depending on when they signed up, now they're mostly charged at the same time.
Team up allows me to see reports on attendances and ralerts me if members seem to be slipping away. I have automated emails such as birthday messages set up.
I can see my income and how it fluctuates.

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

I find the teamUp page is one of the most simplistic but effective pages to use for managing a booking system and membership. It has great qualities within the software features that make it easy to use and not too time consuming

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

TeamUp's filtering sysstem for schedule is a little time consuming dependent on how many types of classes you offer, an improvement could be to add a feature when you can group class types (e.g., yoga classes we offer 8-10 different styles and would like to just display them)

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamUp solves issues regarding client clarity with personal information, booking ability, and readjustment in memberships, and is client-friendly in nature. This software supports our ability to make amendments where we see fit to do so in the client bookings, client details, memberships, classes, and much more

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

TeamUp provides a wide variety of services that checks a lot of boxes that our business needs. Having all of the essential information in one place is extremely helpful, it allows for us to run our business without the stress of organizing everything that TeamUp organizes.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

So far, I haven't experienced any dislikes with TeamUp. I am still currently learning how to navigate the site, as I am a pretty new member. The site seems easy to navigate and use, I haven't had any issues so far!

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a business, we offer a wide variety of services, which was making it increasingly difficult to manage and organize these services. TeamUp provides a platform where all of these services can be organized, which allows staff to focus on the actual studio rather than the business aspect.

Since I do not have over 100 clients yet, it is a much cheaper alternative to use than MindBody to build my business.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

I am not familiar with other platforms, but figuring out the integration between other platforms took more time than expected.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to worry about the schedule and how many people are attending class has been very beneficial to my time management.  I was also able to get rid of my waiver subscription since TeamUp has waiver forms built in.

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

I like the ability to offer classes, private appointments, a store and on-demand through one platform.  Also the ability to offer services in virtual and physical spaces is key for us to expand.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

I would love for the reports to be more useful for annual accounting and I find that there are some limitations that create barriers for users, like having to translate schedule times to their own timezone.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accepting payment, managing discount codes, offering some analysis of user-platform interaction is saving us time and giving us direction on what services to offer more of.

The support given when I've needed it has been excellent. The system is much easier to navigate than other similar ones I've used.

Setting up payments exactly as I would like to has sometimes been confusing.

Being able to set up bookings for groups that clients can then do themselves saves me time and streamlining payments.

The system perfectly suits the needs of our business. The system is modern, and in-keeping with current industry trends. Every single member of staff Ive spoken to has been brilliant, and so helpful, they employ a great team!

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

The Team Up app could be much better, we would like the ability to make membership purchases via the app.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is very little admin needed and therefore our staffing costs are low, we can focus on delivering great sessions and creating a gret atmosphere, rather than being stuck behind a computer.

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

I like that I can control all aspects of my members memberships and also That it integrates with my other apps ie. BoxMate

Making changes to my schedule is quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

1. That I can't just search in the members search bar using a phone number.

2. That it was updated and changed which made it more difficult for me to check what dates cash payments were aligned to for me to clear off.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamUp:**

I have not seen another platform that handles all of our gyms requirements at an affordable price

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am definitely not worried about if members can book into the right classes for them and that all my payments will be managed correctly.

Setting up automatic emails after first classes and birthdays and so on, has been a huge bonus!

Point of entry booking for clients is very usable and customer friendly. Easy to sign up and use initial forms which makes signing clients up easy.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

A few features in the reporting sometimes require a bit of support from the customer service. All was dealt with brilliantly though so wasn't really a big concern.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps cut down my admin time of manually booking clients where we were using Google sheets before it streamlined the process and cuts down diary management time.

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

The options to adjust the rules for bookings (the night-time blackout period) etc. The simplicity of the system for day-to-day running. Having used SDA, Clubwise & Club manager in the past this has been what we have been looking for all along.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

From a management perspective there isn't anything I don't love, the only feedback I have is that some members find it confusing to set up an account to be able to view classes.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team up allows us to offer a variety of options to different demographics from commited members to one off passes or bulk session packs to corporates. The flexibility gives us far more than any other system has in this area before.

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

The customer service is always AMAIZNG and thorough whenever Iv had an issue and it's resolved quickly. The reports are super handy and I think the ux is really good.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

Sometimes I'd like a little more control over things and be able to personalise tabs. Liek we use the venue tab as a filter, be great to be able to customise that label. 
Also we sometimes have some issues from members who have multiple memberships and there doesn't seem to be a fix for it.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yeh reports are my fav, gives me an on-site into what classes are doing well and with over 60 classes a week this is critical to keeping what works and getting rid of what doesn't.

TeamUp is an easy software for the "technically challenged." While it has a lot of bells and whistles, it's software you can "grow into" as you don't need to know everything to get started.  The TeamUp team goes over and beyond the basics with their customer service and tech support.  I don't think I've ever had a company support me the way they do.

I can't think of any dislikes. It's so worth it.

Team up does everything for me that I know I want and some things I didn't know I needed! If there's something you can't do just ask and their team will help you quickly...nothing is a problem! It saves me so much time and worth every penny!

To be honest I am pretty happy with how everything works. The only issue I have is maps as the postcodes don't always work when we meet for a walk in the middle of nowhere. I use what3words to get around this though.

I can use it for a range of functions within my gym business. Different membership styles, payments, booking, appointments etc. It also allows me to send links to customers easily.

I would like to see more payment options. Paypal, google/apple pay etc. Sometimes when selling an upfront offer it can be a little bit of slow system to get the payment made quickly and smoothly.

It's allowing me to have all my membership and services under one roof. I charge all my customers and allow them to book our classes all through the same smooth system.

Setup was easy with a scheduled call with TeamUp who help with onboarding. It offers good support for payment processing, customer forms and general admin. Offers easy setup for different types of memberships. All in all a good solution for us to run out outdoor fitness business

The App only supports end users and can't be used for admin taasks, still have to use a browser. Would like extra options for branding the customer facing app.

Poor customer service with arising issues. Phone number disconnected and a chat support that can take days for a response. Lack of support once I decided to leave. Minor mistakes made, a customer recieved a duplicate payment, booked calls sometimes not returned, I was billed incorrectly, account closed on wrong day.

I used team up to streamline payments through gocardless and stripe onto customers accounts automatically, this saves lots of time compared to manual entries

**What do you like best about TeamUp?**

It's incredibly easy to use for bookings, and administration activities.  I like the reports facility and how easy it is to amend descriptions, times, etc.

**What do you dislike about TeamUp?**

I don't really see any 'downsides' just some improvement areas that would be helpful.  For example increasing emails that can be sent e.g. bespoke emails.  It's all in one place then rather than having to upload to mailchimp for just 1 or 2 emails.

**What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making class booking easy for my clients and less administrative for me (used to be by text message!).  It also holds all of my customer data securely and enable online payments.

It makes managing classes, payments, and bookings really easy, as well as schedules for classes, discount codes, etc. All seamless.

Maybe the lack of a deposit option for certain events that require a bigger payment.
