Initially super friendly support and streamlined payment facilities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TeamUp? Poor customer service with arising issues. Phone number disconnected and a chat support that can take days for a response. Lack of support once I decided to leave. Minor mistakes made, a customer recieved a duplicate payment, booked calls sometimes not returned, I was billed incorrectly, account closed on wrong day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
