I do not like when someone says they will be somewhere for x number of days and rather then put them on the calendar for each day it stretches the entry across all days. That should be an option. You can use different colors to indicate different types of events (trainings, meetings, leisure, etc) and you can also filter which types of events you want to see. It is easy to add/delete events. I wish you didn't have to do a standard calendar view. I would like a list view. Something that allows me to just write down all the tasks for the day without time having anything to do with it.
