I like the CV summarization feature in Teamtailor because it summarizes the CV well, giving a good overview. I also appreciate that I can create different steps in the recruitment process. The initial setup of Teamtailor was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ne thing I dislike about Teamtailor is that not all features are included in the base price. To access certain functionalities, you often need to purchase additional modules or upgrades, which can make the total cost significantly higher than expected. I would prefer a more comprehensive pricing model where the most important features are included from the start, making it easier to budget and understand the full value of the platform. What do you like best about Teamtailor?

I love the candidate cards and the user-friendly view of Teamtailor. We enjoy the employee dashboard, widgets, and the easy and visible process of referrals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamtailor?

Creating a widget where employees can see the jobs they've applied to and their progress is missing. There's no pronoun field for candidates, and there should be a weekly option on the salary dropdown for job postings since many places, including ours, are paid weekly. The interview questions should expand to full screen like resumes for easier reading and typing. Setting up was somewhat easy but took time to understand the platform and input all our info. Sometimes the platform is a bit slow in updating (I.e. with applicants that are move to different stages, but it shows really late).
