It's much more candidate-friendly, it has many great features like Connect, Referrals, candidate dashboard (no need to create an account to apply, though - fortunately!). From the recruiter's point of view, the system has tons of automations and this number is still growing. It's super flexible and with a little bit of thinking, you can create a lot of different combinations and setups. Also, their support team is absolutely amazing! From the implementation point of view, we managed to easily start working in the system, with the extensive help of our Account manager.
