Additionally, it is straightforward enough that anyone who desires can understand it within two days. Additionally, TeamSupport's integration with Office 365 and Google Apps would be advantageous. What I dislike most about TeamSupport is that site functionality or page load times have occasionally slowed down. I like how easy it is to send tickets via email and how user-friendly the interface is. The water cooler fosters teamwork by decreasing the need for frequent breaks. Someone is viewing the key, and I can converse with them about what they're doing and the next steps with the customer.
