## TeamSupport Reviews
  ### 1. A lot of potential, but cumbersome and not robust for search and actions

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

All support tickets and chat can be put together in one place. We also have the voicemail from our in-bound line send emails directly to the support email, so voicemail transcriptions are there as well. We have options for automation, we can build out contact cards, and I can view the volume of work and the ratings of individual team members easily.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

-There is an 'All Tickets' area where you can do bulk edits, but you can't search/filter from there so if you want to bulk edit specific types of tickets you can't unless you scroll through and manually select them. You can also only bulk edit 50 records at a time, so when we had an issue which generated thousands of invalid tickets, I could not automatically close all of them at once, I had to do it in batches of 50. There is also not a check box to 'Select All' or select a page, so each of the 50 had to be clicked individually. That is an egregious example, but the need for these functions exists every day on a smaller scale.
-The automation that can be built in based on triggers will only work on tickets that meet the criteria after the trigger is - built - there is no way to evaluate all existing tickets when it is created, so in the example above I was able to create automation to handle the issue in the future, but I still had to manually edit all of the existing tickets.
-Conversely to the 'All Tickets' not letting you search/filter, the search/filter area lets you do that but you can't bulk edit tickets from there
-Search often brings up items which specifically do not meet the filters (for example, search for text, filter on Status = New, it will often pull in closed tickets)

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing one place for all ticket types (email, chat and voicemail) to be managed.

  ### 2. Switched software for better service at a more competitive price

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Import and Export | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

The most useful tool is the SLA time notifications/violations, it allows us to get back to our customers in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

On occasion our customers will not receive our response, we've had to opt for another source to maintain communication.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamsupport was helpful in the past, but we outgrew their services.

We find that for a more competitive proce, ZohoDesk provides better service and has great integration opportunities.

**Official Response from Lucia Martin:**

> Hi, Thanks for writing to let us know your thoughts about TeamSupport. While we were really glad to hear that the SLAs are helping, it looks like we fell short in one area, and that’s not okay.

We’re always improving our platform and will also make our development team aware. Can you please contact us at support@teamsupport.com and we will make sure that we help you solve the messaging issue.

We’ll look forward to talking directly to learn more and I promise we’ll find a solution to the matter.

  ### 3. The all-in-one customer support platform

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian J. | Senior Customer Success Executive - Strategic Accounts, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

The way TeamSupport simplifies our client contact process is its finest feature. We can quickly respond to our clients' needs by centralizing all customer contacts. Additionally, it's simple to handle client tickets, duties, and interactions in one location thanks to the software's integration with our other tools. We have also been able to pinpoint areas where our customer assistance procedure needs to be improved thanks to the software's monitoring and analytics features.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

Despite my appreciation for TeamSupport's advantages, I have had a few problems using it. Sometimes the UI is sluggish and inactive, which is irritating when we're attempting to react as rapidly as possible to client requests. The software's ticket generation procedure could also be enhanced to make it simpler to adapt certain features to our requirements.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of client support requests is made simple with it, and we have found its ticket automation and monitoring tools to be very useful. We can handle and organize help requests simply because everything is in one location. The program is also even more effective for our team to use because it integrates with other tools that we use.

**Official Response from Niki Finegan:**

> Hi Brian,

Thank you for your valuable feedback! We're thrilled that TeamSupport's client contact process simplification and integration with other tools have been beneficial for your team. We understand your concerns about the UI's sluggishness, and we're actively working on optimizations to enhance its responsiveness.

Additionally, we're reviewing the ticket generation procedure to ensure it aligns better with your specific requirements. Your input is invaluable as we strive to provide a seamless and efficient experience. If you encounter any further issues or have more suggestions, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to support you every step of the way! 🌟🔧

  ### 4. Average.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Machinery | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

I like the ability to email a ticket to anyone with whom I wish to share the info. (It is really helpful in that it records that right in the ticket. I can look back later to verify that I shared this info.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

The layout is a bit messy and archaic, however, they're improving. The indexing feature doesn't work properly when entering a customer on a ticket.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamSupport is a good tool to record customer information and communicate with colleagues and customers directly from the platform.

**Official Response from Lucia Martin:**

> Hi,

Thanks so much for taking the time to write this review. We’re thrilled to hear that you appreciated the collaboration opportunities that the product offers and keep track of your customer's information. Here at TeamSupport, we try very hard to make sure these good experiences are the norm!

We were concerned to hear that you are having issues with your indexing feature. This is surely not what we’d like to hold ourselves to when it comes to the quality of our service. Please contact us at support@teamsupport.com and we will work with you to resolve this issue.

Thanks again for sharing your feedback.

  ### 5. Affordable Ticketing System and Knowledge Base

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul S. | Partner Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2019

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

The ticketing portion of this tool was perfectly adequate, we were able to perform bulk actions on tickes, use tagging and the reporting on ticketing times and SLAs is pretty good. Another thing we did love was the responsiveness from their customer success team.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

My company wanted a more customizable tool, we really wanted a Knowledge Base, Customer Hub with a more user friendly and attractive design. Their Advanced view designed and text editor did not allow for enough customization without having to add HTML and Javascript ourselves. We needed to be able to customize KB category and subcategory pages and this was not possible. We also needed the KB to be multiple pages instead of one long page that required a ton of scrolling. Attaching pictures and videos was also not easy enough.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSupport:**

Make sure you do your research to see if the customization and features of their customer hub is enough, also we found that the rollout and implementation of the ticketing system is key if you want to successfully get the company to adopt the new system.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a ticketing system to handle the high volume of customer questions and requests as our organization grew and email was no longer an effective method. We also needed to be able to report on the volume, types of tickets and average response times. Also needed a Knowledge base and customer hub to post help articles for clients.

  ### 6. Team Support Review

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2020

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

Team Support is a great resource to collaborate with team members to enhance your business.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

Team Support doesn't allow team members to work individually.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team Support allows you to work together with team members and solve problems without calling staff meetings.

**Official Response from Niki Finegan:**

> Thank you for sharing your review. We really do value your comments. While we are thrilled that you like the collaboration aspect, we noticed that you have a concern about team members not being able to work individually. We'd love to help you figure this out. Could you email me at nfinegan@teamsupport.com? Together we can work towards a solution. Thank you.

  ### 7. Review for teamsupport

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2019

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

Ease of use ,best customer service response in
SaaS, has improved our teamwork better than most software used
Better organized tracking of support tickets

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

Not too many dislikes the only thing so far is there is not a Android app ,only browser use available

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSupport:**

Great rollback feature and ease of use with productivity increased workloads
Great customer support and updates for thier customers

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

increase in productivity and collaboration with this software as the previous software had out ticket systems backlogged and out of place
Faster workload and better customer response time

  ### 8. It's good but needs improvements.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2019

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

I like the feature of merging tickets. we often get new tickets created by a customer emailing in for a ticket we are already working on.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

The calendar is where I spend most of my time and I have many issues with it. One of my biggest is if I create a calendar event in a ticket with a "start date/time", it automatically defaults to a two hour time block and I cannot edit this. Not all of our appointments are 2 hours, some are 1 some are 4.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better organization and notes on support tickets.

**Official Response from Laura Ballam (Tubbs):**

> Thank you for your feedback, we're unclear what you mean by creating a calendar event in a ticket and want to help improve your experience, please reach out to our support team so that we can assist you with this.

  ### 9. Team Support

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronald A. | Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2019

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

Team Support has increased our case resolutions..Awesome ticket tracking software as it helps to identify which Department as to handle this without delaying customer resolution...The hidden tool for customer service as it helps to delegate the case to different Departments without any delays.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

I guess what i dislike may be the SLA. as once the ticket is raised it takes 48hrs for the entire team to handle and resolve the issue which may impact customer resolution.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSupport:**

Easily track and view customer details and Quickly access info on customer issues, one of the best Case management tool.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Case management in technical Support department and Customer service and sales as well

  ### 10. Versatile and solid but feels old

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2019

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

Proactive chat is very nice. The ability to trigger it on different places and in different configuration is nice. Different triggers and different messages is useful. The integration to Facebook messenger is also nice.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

The product feels old. Feels like you need to do a lot of manual work, the integration to other systems is lacking, the backend UI feels outdated.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating leads, providing support to existing customers, and promoting users through the sales cycle.

  ### 11. It's OK but can be better

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gergana A. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

I like the option to have multiple product lines, products and versions of the projects. Custom fields are good and the different options for customization on the tickets are good.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

1. We get logged out with a message "Session Expired" all the time. It is very annoying. It would log us out even after trying to submit a reply to a ticket.
2. Integrations aren't made easy to accomplish
3. There are no ways to customize a customer hub if you don't know HTML

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to track better the progress that has been made on each company who's our client and keep information for the organizations as well as the contacts.

  ### 12. OK. TeamSupport Really Needs an App.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

It is extremely configurable! Basically, it stores everything you need. I like the customer database, it is very easy to build out, and I like that by clicking on that customer I can find out what tickets are opened, closed, and seach who completed these tickets.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

Team Support really needs an app! We do a lot of support over the weekend, and it would be great to have an app to review open tickets on, and submit tickets! We could help our customers so much more effectively.

Also please improve the seach function. I think it is suppose to be very easy to use, but I cannot ever find what I am looking for. I also think it would be good if that app could get cleaned up slightly. It is a little too messy and I feel like it takes a long time to learn how to use.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSupport:**

Create an App! It would crease our productivity and our touch with the customers if there was an app!

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can track all issues. We are not losing problems that come in! I also like that we have one central location where we can search everything we need. It makes tracking all business much easier! It would be cool if you could attach tracking with every email that is sent! It would be good to know if the customer opened the email, and how many times, for when we send instructions ect. Hubspot does this.

**Official Response from Matt Brown:**

> Hello, thank you for taking the time to review our software! TeamSupport currently offers a mobile app for iOS and Android devices. You can learn more and download the app here - https://www.teamsupport.com/mobile-app-iphone-android

  ### 13. I don't dislike it, it could be better

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

I like that you can easily add automated responses, see chat history, pass chats to colleagues, and see your stats

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

The only info you're given for a prospect is where they're chatting from, it's also not designed specifically to generate sales, which is my job

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSupport:**

If you're using the chat to generate sales there are other platforms out there that are better, this is fine for support though

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm setting inbound sales appointments with it.

I can get information from a prospect much faster than via email/contact form

  ### 14. TeamSupport likes to address the bigger picture in Customer Support

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

We are having a good experience with teamsupport, it changed our way of working with our customer.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

some enhancements not really necessary, for example: the color alphabet is not useful, whereas, alphabetizing customer/contact would be a great enhancement.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

automatically adding contacts makes for a messy contact database, yet we can't turn it off because we need the contacts
- cumbersome to fix the customer/contact database

  ### 15. Able to facilitate some custom processes, but limitations are becoming apparent

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2017

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

We are now using TeamSupport as a service desk product, a customer self-service product, and help desk product, and TeamSupport has been customizable enough to accommodate all of these use cases. The majority of the styling of the user portal is customizable, with some small (but annoying) exceptions. This allows us to maintain consistent branding across our main site and our customer hubs. Additionally, TeamSupport recently updated the styling on the administrator portal, which was quite nice as it coincided with our onboarding.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

There are some key areas that are not customizable. The Wiki, for example, appears as a drop-down selection of whatever articles you create in the administrator portal, but on the customer hub it appears as a large stacked pile of articles that require a significant amount of scrolling to get through. Additionally, customizing the CSS on the customer hub is tricky, as certain script-generated elements are difficult to target as you can't add custom classes to the elements.

Furthermore, the user permissions settings are quite unintuitive, and can easily cause teams to lose track of tickets in their system due to a mislabeled group or ticket type associated with tickets.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSupport:**

If you are considering TeamSupport, you should do so if you are seeking more customizability in administrator functions compared to your existing solution. Also, take advantage of your account contact. They are invaluable and go above and beyond to answer your questions.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are better able to communicate with our customers and maintain a record of requests between us and them, as well as communicate internally and route requests to the correct people across various departments and teams.

  ### 16. Happy with SnapEngage

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aubree G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

That you can see who is chatting with users

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

the layout isn't always aesthetically pleasing

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping clients with questions

  ### 17. TeamSupport

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2017

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

TeamSupport seems like it can do a ton of things and combine tasks/abilities that were previously split out into multiple software products. It also seems to be very customizable which is great because we're almost always a unique use case so being able to build it to fit our needs is great.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

It's been pretty confusing to learn and we've had a lot of issues with tickets not being assigned to the right person and not getting updates on tickets.

The fact that it can do so much also seems like a little bit of a detriment because it's overwhelming to know it can do so much, but not necessarily know who to do it.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSupport:**

TeamSupport can do a lot, but it seems to have a bit of a learning curve. So if you need something simple, it might not be for you, but if you need a lot of customization, it's great.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We as a company use TeamSupport more as a project management tool than anything else. My team (customer success) uses it to be able to easily answer questions for/work with customers.

  ### 18. Quick resolution to a big problem

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

The ability to exchange documents, and process payments.
The plat form is easy to view and laid out well.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

That there isn't yet a way to have the customers to receive the chat transcript themselves. This was promised when we first joined and still hasn't been done.
This is a fundamental necessity for a chat system.
I don't like that there isn't a way for a chat to be assigned based on location or territory.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSupport:**

give it a try

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

24 hr sales and support for our customers

  ### 19. SnapEngage

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

Mostly helpful customer support staff. Fairly decent product. Very affordable as well.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

SnapEngage used to have a fairly robust product, but it seems like it has been overtaken by some competitors. SnapEngage needs to focus on developing new features and reducing outages.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to communicate with customers in whichever medium they prefer with SnapEngage (namely, chat). Proactive chat is a powerful feature as well.

  ### 20. Good with room for improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

Easy to understand and to navigate using the platform

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

some areas are too technical for marketing departments to understand. More support should be provided to set up dashboards. An account manager should contact each client once every 6 month to understand the level of satisfaction. integration with CRM. automated messages for predefined questions.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSupport:**

crm integration and auto responders

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

support to visitors

  ### 21. One of many...

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arvin A. | Customer Service Representative, Real Estate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

This program is one of many that my department uses, nothing wrong with it but nothing special.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

Unfortunately there are many applications of the same type.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claims related issues.

  ### 22. A Bit Too Robust for Small Businesses

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2017

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

Team Support is ideal for developers and businesses that deal with a high volume of tickets.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

There are bugs in the software and the features need updated. Team Support is not easy to learn and is not user-friendly to the beginner.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSupport:**

Team Support is excellent for high volume businesses and developers, but may require additional support fir set up and implementation.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team Support offers an all-in-one solution for ticketing and customer self-service.

  ### 23. Pretty simple and straightforward software.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2018

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

Easy to connect to salesforce, customize the mapping, set up more robust tracking, etc.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

Visually it's not the cleanest interface. Setting up the creative is more difficult.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helpful to set up a simple chat.

  ### 24. Not Perfect, But Nothing Is.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2017

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

Easy to record sessions and send these to clients in recap emails.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

Finding a particular recorded session later on is tedious. You need to add a way to easily search recordings in a better UI (similar to what Administrators see).

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosting webinars to train our clients on using our software.

  ### 25. TeamSupport and You

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick G. | CSC Technician, Hospitality, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2016

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

It's a good way to save notes for customers and get tickets set up for future reference. I like being able to pull everything up at any point. I also enjoy being able to save my notes as I go so I don't lose any of my connection.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

The database has a lot of issues on our end from what we are able to see. We have had multiple issues with pulling up all of the information in a ticket. We have also experienced login issues but those have since been resolved.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSupport:**

Make sure that you keep a backup database of your tickets in case you need a specific ticket to pull up. A lot of the tickets do not come up completely.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving issues with PMS systems for hotels and making sure that everything is working properly. We are able to pull up a hotel and verify that they are running with the most recent version, and pull up which PMS system they are using as well.

  ### 26. PaySchools company- Team Support Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** brandy M. | Support Specialist, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2016

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

I like the ability to get reminders about tickets/events that need to be done later.
I enjoy being able to attach the related tickets and have different status on the ticket.
I like the level of customization that this product allows.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

The search bar sometimes does not pull up what I am looking for even though it is typed out correctly.
I would like for some of the other Scroll tabs to be switched to SerachBars with so if I am trying to assign a ticket I can type out their name instead of scroll through it.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSupport:**

N/A

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We support the schools and the software we provide them through Team Support. When there is a problem the school sends us a Ticket and lets us know what they need help with.
It has helped us keep track of problems so that we can go back and track when the schools need our support the most.

  ### 27. So Far So Good

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2017

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

It has all the functionality you need for a ticketing system. The statuses of tickets are easy to change and are helpful when managing tickets.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

There are some things about the UI that are not as intuitive as they could be. For instance, when you want to comment on a ticket you select the "public action" or "private action" button.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company uses it for both internal and external ticketing, but I use it exclusively for internal tickets between teams.

  ### 28. Teamsupport, potential for use, has a ways to go

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander H. | Account Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2016

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

The ability to receive customer feedback within the ticket itself and differentiate between internal private and external public communications

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

Ticket searching. The search field freezes and errors regularly, and there is no option to see all open tickets created by myself, or search another persons tickets directly.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSupport:**

Be very careful with ticket automation and auto assigning. its easy to go too far into micromanaging.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamsupport has integration that allows us to link it with another ticketing system used by development staff, which is very useful. Providing a centralized place for communications allowing all Managers access to all information, should the primary ticket worker not be available, is very helpful as well.

  ### 29. Solid case management

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2017

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

Single repository for case management across numerous teams.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

Subscribe and follow features are not easy to use and cause issues with adoption and keeping all in the loop on tickets.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Case management across multiple departments.

  ### 30. Pretty good overall, but still a few glitches.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2016

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

TeamSupport is easy to use and figure out new features (or uses for existing ones). Some of the automation really helps keep the team organized and efficient.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

When there is a small issue, it may take days/weeks/months before the actual fix is in place. For example, the ability to add and remove users from a Group in the Group screen does not work. It was suggested to do the same thing from the individual User screen. This works, but takes more time and is only acceptable because I have a small team. For companies with 25+ users, this is a horribly inefficient process. This was 4 months ago.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSupport:**

Really work it out to determine if fits your needs, or if what they offer may make your team better, even if it wasn't what you thought you needed.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a better capability of connecting our customer database than with other ticketing systems. This allows us to keep things up to date and better help the customers.

  ### 31. TeamSupport Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2016

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

I like the ticket management. and how easy it is to make reports (very customized) on tickets. It helps me stay organized. Also I really dig their layout, its clean simple; yet has lots of features.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

There is a bug where if your browser screen size isn't at 100% all the comments under a ticket do not load. That is frustrating because I keep my browser screen size at 90%! Another that bothers me is its slow to respond sometimes, an example would be if i look at a ticket it will still show unread for a while.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSupport:**

You will either love it or hate it. I think it depends on what your company decides to use it for.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us establish a goo way to communicate with our support team. It alleviates alot of the stress of trying to track them down.

  ### 32. Gets the job done

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2016

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

It's a great tool to help me better organize my support tickets. It's nice knowing that I am not forgetting to reply or missing replies from our clients.

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

One of my biggest issues is mostly related to the growing pains of TeamSupport, and that would be down time and a full deletion of all our support tickets. (luckily we had backups) There also seems to be some slowness at times and the little bugs that I come across.

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparency among the team. With our old method it was hard to tell at times who is working on a specific case, and what steps they have taken. Now with TeamSupport we can easily see who's working a specific case, and all of the actions are listed right there. This is a big help when cases are escalated to a different representative.

  ### 33. Works well

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2017

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

Snapengage is an effective way to live chat

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

Keyboard shortcuts can be quite confusing

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use SnaEngage to live chat with clients from our website. We help people connect directly with someone when they have questions.

  ### 34. Using Team Support for B2B and B2C

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2016

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

Different categorization of users and tickets

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

Many features are good to a certain point but if you try to do anything a bit more sophisticated (ticket automation, more complex reports) it cannot be done within the tool

**Recommendations to others considering TeamSupport:**

Do full testing of any workflows, automations and integrations you want. Pick more adbvacned use cases as we had a lot of surprises . we can't do that...

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a more modern interface than our old tool had.
Our customers are happier with the user experience.
However, it has not met our needs for handling some internal help desk tickets smoothly

**Official Response from Laura Ballam (Tubbs):**

> We're sorry you aren't satisfied with TeamSupport, and would like to invite you to reach out to us directly. TeamSupport actually includes a lot of ticket automation built in - it is one of our most robust and customizable features and our support team would be happy to assist you with this functionality. You can contact them via support@teamsupport.com.

Also, as you may be aware, TeamSupport is not intended for internal help desks, it is designed for external facing customer support, so perhaps that is part of the reason you feel it is not meeting your needs.

Again though our team is adept at helping customers with many unique situations, and we'd be happy to assist you with training, etc. to meet your needs.

  ### 35. Use on a daily basis. Seems to work pretty good.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2016

**What do you like best about TeamSupport?**

Being able to categorize tickets by groups

**What do you dislike about TeamSupport?**

Been having issues with a customer Open Tickets refreshing

**What problems is TeamSupport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am internal IT for our company so I am solving internal issues. Again I like that my tickets are grouped together so I don't have to search for them.
