It has brought conformity and efficiency across the organization. Our team uses it everyday. It saves so much time and relieves stress when the team puts deliverables together. It serves as a great starting point for anything, we have all kinds of decks - from basic and business development, to client kickoffs and end-of-project deliverables. So easy to find slides! They always know that have something consistent to rely on and can find everything they need.

The system only updates every hour, so changes to slides aren't reflected right away.

TeamSlide is a great tool to be able to share slide content with an organization that is vetted, updated and easily accessible. The tagging feature allows the team to quickly find key content along with features to broadly search through the variety of information we have. Being able to have the content in one locations allows me to ensure it's updated but shared with the organization. Also, it has wonderful customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside I would say was getting the team familiar with how to utilize a PowerPoint add-on and realize it's connected to the slide library in SharePoint along with they won't edit the original content. We love the ability to regulate our PowerPoint material for the firm with a tool that is so easily adopted by employees of all ages. TeamSlide has given our small firm the ability to consolidate our best marketing material from different expertise groups within the firm, while also making it easy for a small core team to manage content for consistency and accuracy. A downside for our firm is that slides do not feed into TeamSlide in the same order as we have them in the source decks if any updates have been made - the slide(s) most recently updated appear at the top. The workaround is simple, copy/pasting the whole deck back in, but it's still an extra step we have to take any time a slide in the source deck is edited. I can within 30 seconds build a slide deck pulling in various tagged slides I need.

While in a presentation with a client, I can stop sharing and quickly find any other slides I need, and add them into the presentation. We have it integrated with SharePoint as our preferred storage platform, and I use this on a daily basis. Having a place for all curated slides, that lets you rapidly get them RIGHT in POWERPOINT, with tagging/search/etc. is invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
