Teamper is a simple leave and PTO management system built for small and growing businesses. It replaces spreadsheets, emails, and manual leave tracking with one easy place to manage employee time off. With Teamper, businesses can manage leave policies and balances, submit and approve leave requests, set multi-step approval workflows, organize employees by departments and teams, and keep everyone up to date with a shared leave calendar. Teamper is designed for companies that need better leave management without the cost and complexity of a full HR system. Getting started is simple: move your existing employee and leave data from spreadsheets to Teamper and get your team up and running quickly. Best for: Small and growing businesses with 20–200 employees. Key features: \* Leave and PTO requests \* Leave balances and policies \* Flexible approval workflows \* Departments and teams \* Shared leave calendar \* Employee self-service \* Company request workflows \* Employee data management \* Simple spreadsheet migration Teamper makes leave management simple — without turning HR into another complicated system.
