Everything is pretty intuitive and allows for easy purchasing across a large team. **What do you dislike about Teampay?** It takes a little while for reimbursement sometimes, but I think that has more to do with internal processes than anything else. It's also kind of painful when cards get charged 2x for something, meaning the item, and then shipping separately and it can't handle it. **What problems is Teampay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Teampay eliminates painful and time-consuming requisition processes for urgent needs and smaller purchases in general. Teampay also has a slack integration which makes it very easy and simple for our employees to requests for purchases. **What do you dislike about Teampay?** Teampay can approve on the admin reporting tool and reconcilation process. I had issues reconciling between the data in teampay and our data from our bank statements. The teampay reports was missing some key data fields such as the unique id between our bank and teampay to improve the accuracy of our recons. **What problems is Teampay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Teampay is solving our issues of one-off requests from employees. It is so much easier to managed one off purchase requests by employees using teampay vs having to issue a physical card.
