I'm sorry to hear that migration from TeamsID wasn't what you hoped. Unfortunately, the group creation was necessary to capture the records "Shared with users." You can move those records to other groups and then delete the groups that were created if you like.

Regarding easily and securely sharing passwords via email, some encrypted email providers out there provide such a service. That is, however, outside our realm as a password manager.

We're not the best option for individual users, but if sharing records on teams is your goal, our pricing is competitive, if not below much of our competition. While our record template is designed with web logins in mind, you can use the unlimited notes field to save any manner of text data. We are also considering adding additional templates.
