What do you like best about TeamPassword?

The fact that it just works. I don't need to get an overview or some tutorial, it is so intuitive by default. It was the first time I used in my current company and I just got the access without any introduction, started using and all went smoothly.

The feature about grouping passwords helps us a lot to keep sensitive data per project (as we are software consultants) is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamPassword?

So far I haven't found anything I dislike about the product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?

The need to manage sensitive information. Even if it is for development environments, it is a bad practice to share credentials via chat applications like discord or slack. One never knows what could happen, and you increase the possibility of getting that information stolen. "A Simple, Secure, and Well-Organized Password Manager"

What do you like best about TeamPassword?

TeamPassword has the right number of features at the places I expect in a password manager. Quick and simple. It makes accessing and managing accounts so easy across organizations/teams saving loads of time and ensuring security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamPassword?

Teampassword ends my session when inactive for a while as a security measure. Repeatedly signing in is a slight pain, but Google SSO makes it smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Keeping the login credentials, URLs, some notes, etc., saved for all our third-party services.

2. Generate complicated passwords that I don't need to remember.

3. Automatically sign in to various websites/apps using the browser plugin.

Hey Korak! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We pride ourselves on our simplicity, believing the easier the tool is, the more likely people are to use it. There's a reason hammers and screwdrivers have survived the tests of time. We've discussed extending the logout sessions, but we believe the minor inconvenience is worth it for the added security. We may be giving admins the ability to set their org's timeout in the future. Look out for updates in our newsletter!

What do you like best about TeamPassword?

Using TeamPassword stopped us using shared spreadsheets and post-its. You can share passwords securely with individuals or teams. The mobile app and Chrome extenstion mean you can use your TP anywhere.

It's really easy to set-up and maintain. It's also cost effective. I've used it for nearly 4 years (in fact it's our 4 year anniversary in a couple of weeks!) and would never go back. Everyone in the company uses it and I've never had a single complaint. Go TeamPassword! (and go me for choosing them of course). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamPassword?

There are not a lot of downsides. It's secure and easy to use. The app is easy to use.

Maybe the team management module could be a bit cleverer, though this has never been an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?

TeamPassword simplifies the whole password process. Before TP (BTP) we had shared files that did not work and the usual "hey, who's changed the password?" e-mails to the entire company.

All gone. Now we have one source of true facts that you can access anywhere and anytime (mobile app, Chrome plugin, browser).

It's pretty cost effective and everyone uses it with no complaints - that's got to be good!

What do you like best about TeamPassword?

What do you dislike about TeamPassword?

There are a tremendous amount of glitches that make using Team Password more cumbersome than other password apps. Passwords that are in groups often disappear for no reason from a team member's login and have to be removed and added back by an admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry you've had such a negative experience with our application. Have you already reported the issue to support at support@teampassword.com? We had a glitch where passwords temporarily disappeared from the user's dashboard. An encryption error caused this and was easily fixed by having an admin edit and resave the record. Are there other glitches that we should be aware of?
