"Great 2nd Level of Memory!!"
5/5
What do you like best about TeamPassword?

Passwords are stored with ease, ease of implmentation, great customer support response, and provides a number of features. Our integration to TeamPassword was flawless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamPassword?

The worst part is, the Administrators login can never be reset. If forgotten, all your data is lost. Understandably this is for safety reasons; however, another level of security would be helpful should a situation like this arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Korak Bhaduri of TeamPassword

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're having an internal conversation about how best to build an account reset option that doesn't jeopardize security. Stay tuned for updates in our quarterly newsletter!

"I love that all my passwords are in one place."
4/5
What do you like best about TeamPassword?

I enjoy everything is kept safe, and accessible for most people to use and kept in one place. The user interface is really easy to navigate. I love especially that you can organize thing sby group. In a work setting it is helpful to organize by team and can set permissions so that other people don't see specific logins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamPassword?

Only when you remove a user from your team, they arent removed from all groups as a fallout. other than that, I haven't encountered anything specifically that has made me dislike the platform yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Korak Bhaduri of TeamPassword

Hi Elle! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm happy to hear that you're satisfied with our platform so far and that you're finding it easy to use. Simplicity and security are our core objectives. If there is anything you think we can improve on (other than automatic removal from groups when a member is removed from the Team, which I've already sent to our development team to look into), please let us know by contacting support@teampassword.com.

"Very easy to use, great UX"
5/5
What do you like best about TeamPassword?

I love that it displays the logos of the sites/companies we store password for and it shows the team members that have access to a password. I love the "Copy" button for both the usernames and passwords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamPassword?

It doesn't flag that a password is weak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Korak Bhaduri of TeamPassword

Hi Simona! Thank you for leaving us a review. We're glad that you appreciate the UX. We've tried to keep the platform as simple and user-friendly as possible. I noticed that you were looking for a password strength indicator. We do have one built-in. If you open a record and click on the password, there is a strength indicator below it in the form of a colored line. Red and short = weak; yellow and mid-length = medium strength; green and long = strong. If I'm misinterpreting what you're looking for, please let me know so we can consider it a future feature! You can reach me at tony@teampassword.com. Thanks!

"Outstanding tool that excels in simple functionality, non-intrusive features, and robust security."
5/5
What do you like best about TeamPassword?

One of the standout aspects of TeamPassword is its emphasis on simplicity. The platform offers a streamlined experience that allows teams to manage their passwords easily. Navigating the interface and accessing stored passwords is intuitive, ensuring that team members can quickly find the information they need without any unnecessary complications.

TeamPassword also is non-intrusive. Unlike some password management tools that constantly interrupt workflow with prompts for master passwords or additional authentication, TeamPassword strikes a balance between security and convenience. It enables team members to access passwords securely without causing unnecessary disruptions, promoting seamless collaboration and productivity.

Additionally, TeamPassword provides excellent customer service. The support team is highly responsive and dedicated to addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamPassword?

TeamPassword prioritises simplicity, which means it may not offer the same advanced functionality as other password management tools. If your team requires highly specialised or complex password management features, you might find that TeamPassword's simplicity may not meet all of your specific requirements. However, for teams seeking a straightforward and user-friendly solution, TeamPassword's simplicity can be seen as an advantage rather than a drawback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Korak Bhaduri of TeamPassword

Hi Bianca! Thanks so much for the thorough review. You've hit the nail on the head; TeamPassword prides itself on simplicity, believing that ease of use increases the likelihood that users will use a password manager and create strong unique passwords for every account, thereby protecting their accounts and their company.

Please reach out if there are ever features you think would make your or your team's lives easier.
