## About TeamPassword
TeamPassword is the most efficient way to manage multiple logins for any business that needs to save time and keep projects moving. It’s a cloud-based platform that helps you manage and share access to the apps, services, and tools your team needs. We make it easy to organize access to individual logins, as well as a collection of logins - perfect for Client Teams and Departments. We make on-boarding new employees and clients, and off-boarding easy. With just 2 steps, TeamPassword saves our clients 120 minutes on average when it comes to on-boarding new staff and clients. Off-boarding takes just a single step. We’ve made it seamless to use TeamPassword with a Google Sign In feature and Browser Extensions that offer one click access to logins without interrupting daily workflow. TeamPassword helps you immediately add more security to your process. The best way to keep secure across multiple tools is to have randomized, unique, complex password for each tool. TeamPassword allows your team to generate strong passwords for each tool with a built in password generator, and does the work to remember the passwords for you, so there’s no extra work in having a different password for each tool. The Admin Dashboard gives you oversight of login access for each Team Member.

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

ease of logging in, and display of passwords

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

it needs a browser extention so you can just login from the platform login page

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our organization to share passwords and keeps them in a central place

  ### 2. Good system but clunky interface

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Team Password stores my passwords securely and where I can easily access them from any computer connected to the Internet. I use this almost daily to help manage my passwords and the passwords for my team.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

The interface and functionality is lower than it was with the previous system. A migration occured and functionality and use went down from the older system.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remembering all the various and complex passwords that we use through our group.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> I'm sorry to hear that you're finding TeamPassword clunky. Which system are you comparing it to? Are there specific aspects of the platform that you're having issues with? If so, could you please share that information with us at support@teampassword.com so that we can look into the performance for you?

  ### 3. Teampassword is a good replacement to Teams ID

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Teampassword is fast. I can get the user passwords I need within seconds of signing onto the tab.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

The mobile app isn't as friendly as the web app.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking passwords for all of our users, and website sign ons in one place, for our IT department.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm glad you feel that TeamPassword is a good replacement for TeamsID. We've done our best to incorporate some essential features while keeping TeamPassword streamlined. You make a fair point about the mobile app. We're a bit behind on updating the mobile apps, but we will be releasing updates in the coming months to make them a more comparable experience. Is there more we can do to improve your use? If so, let us know at support@teampassword.com.

  ### 4. TeamPassword

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Has reminders you can set so if you have annual updates to things I guess you can utilize that. Haven't tried any yet myself though.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Migrating from TeamsID produced a lot of uncessary groups

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Good place to store company passwords.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Try the reminder date feature and let you know what you think. It's a new feature that we added based on customer feedback. I'm sorry to hear that migration from TeamsID wasn't what you hoped. Unfortunately, the group creation was necessary to capture the records "Shared with users." You can move those records to other groups and then delete the groups that were created if you like.

  ### 5. Does the Job

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Political Organization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

It's nice for organizing passwords when managing multiple profiles on one computer

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

It's a little too convoluted and not all that easy to use. It's not intuitive, but once you figure it out, it's pretty useful

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juggling several different passwords among my team

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm a bit surprised with your experience. We pride ourselves on being the easiest password manager on the market and have worked hard not to be too convoluted. I'd love to jump on a call with you to better understand your perspective so that we can hopefully make improvements. You can reach me at tony@teampassword.com or contact our support team at support@teampassword.com.

  ### 6. Needs a multisite shared credentials

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2022

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

It works so i deal with it but i would preffer a vendor like bitwarden

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

login opens a new tab and doesnt close it once logged in.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

password sharing and ease of use so passwords dont get saved in notepads

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> We appreciate the feedback. I've made a note of the login / new tab frustration and will discuss this with the dev team. I'd love to hear more from you about your impression of TeamPassword compared to other products. Would you be willing to have a short conversation? You can reach me at tony@teampassword.com.

  ### 7. Unnecessarily complicated

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2022

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Define different groups to be able to share password among teams.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

I'm logged out of the tool multiple times a day. They have already the login information, nice UX would be to prefill login form: the best interface is no inteface.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamPassword:**

The best interface is to have no interface at all. You have all the information already.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing passwords across multiple teams in a way.

  ### 8. Not bad, but expensive and needs some work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2022

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Pros: slightly faster than its predecessor TeamsID.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Cons: very expensive and not very user friendly or intuitive

**Recommendations to others considering TeamPassword:**

For the price, there are many other options out there that are likely easier to use. I have used many password managers and this one is by far the least intuitive and most cumbersome product. I am actively looking for an alternative. I have 2 users and pay $38 / month, up from $15 / month when I signed on.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I hold password for all of my clients. TeamPassword allows me to give acces to the client password that my employees need but not other passwords. This adds confidence in our security.

  ### 9. TeamPassword is a good collaborative tool for teams that need many different levels of access.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas B. | Director of Customer Success, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2017

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

The ability to limit access & create individual groups
You can have your own username & password (I don't like sharing passwords)
The Google Chrome extension make it super easy for me to utilize
You can add you own passwords & limit them to yourself
The search functionality is much better then other password tools I have used.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

The Google Chrome Extension I use is frequently buggy when this happens I actually have to quit out of Chrome entirely (big issues when I have 30+ tabs open)
I really do not like the new logo at all. I think it is not indicative of what TeamPassword is supposed to do. The point of this tool is to keep your passwords & you team secure. It looks like an idea bulb to me. Also shouldn't the lock be closed?
It can be very slow to open when it loads.
I have another password tool that I use personally & that when you click on the login actually opens the web page & automatically fills out the form & submits it. That is really cool.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamPassword:**

I would definitely suggest it if you have a large team that has a ton of different passwords. I would also suggest it if you have a team where you need different levels of access. Those two things are critical for our use of any password product.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is so easy for us as a team to ensure that our passwords are safe & the passwords of our customers are safe as well. This keeps both us and our customers happy (happy customers = more business).
Specifically, in a digital marketing team or environment, we get a ton of passwords from clients or that we develop that we need to keep straight be able to search and share throughout our team. TeamPassword makes it super easy to do this.
We also have interns which we need to keep on a very short leash by having groups who have different access levels we can limit what they can get into and potentially break.

  ### 10. Team Password Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William C. | Digital Marketing Ops Data Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2017

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

I like the fact that it is seamless and quick to use and covers almost any site online.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Sometimes, you have to click a few times to get the actual log ins. It's clunky.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are marketers so we are trying to navigate through a lot of marketing and SEO sites and tools.
