TeamOhana has been instrumental in helping my company manage the full hiring cycle, from planning to implementation, saving us countless hours of manual Excel reconciliation. The tool is easy to learn for all involved in the hiring process, and the dashboards are far more user-friendly than those I have encountered in the past. The new Scenarios feature has been particularly helpful, allowing Finance and hiring managers to collaborate as we build our hiring plan. We are able to see the financial impact of various scenarios within seconds rather than building a complex model that must be manually updated for every request.

We have completely eliminated the use of spreadsheets and Slack messages for headcount requests and approvals! The TeamOhana team provides EXCELLENT support. Once our team fully adopted TeamOhana, we started getting frequent requests for TeamOhana to manage more parts of the employee lifecycle because their platform is easy to use, ties into our ATS and our HRIS and keeps everyone connected with the most up-to-date information. A couple things I really like about TeamOhana: 1) it's an all-in-one, seamless headcount planning platform (including integrated org charts, which I find very useful) and 2) the sceneario feature, which is a game changer for annual planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A couple things I think can be worked on in the system: 1) For scenario planning, being able to upload the current team's headcount into the scenario would be a very time-saving feature, and 2) We can't yet easily filter via deparmtent in the new Org Chart mode whereas we were able to in the older classic mode - I'm hoping this can be updated and integarted into the new mode. Despite being a company on the smaller size, managing headcount was challenging. I looked for a few years for a solution to help automate this.
