In fact, everyone has been delighted with the TeamOhana product, and we often reflect on our old processes and wonder how we managed them before implementing TeamOhana. TeamOhana has been instrumental in transforming our organization's operations in several ways. Before implementing TeamOhana, we struggled with managing our recruiting process and tracking headcount from a financial perspective, which often led to delays and errors. However, since using TeamOhana, these processes have become much more efficient, saving us valuable time and resources. In addition, the dynamic org chart views have provided us with a clearer understanding of our team structure and helped us identify gaps and opportunities for growth. I like to have an organized view of all the open roles we are currently hiring. Also the information about available budget, location is also very valuable. It is also useful to find the details of other open positions managed by my peers. I was missing the possibility of duplicating positions or maybe adding an option to add a multiplier for the same position. They are laser-focused on solving one issue - headcount planning. It's the hardest thing for a company to manage, requiring coordinated workflows across multiple teams, automated tracking, and information sharing.
