TO is a great dynamic org chart tool that helps connect our recruiting, finance, hiring managers and budget owners at the company. This is great to have it all collected in one platform. TO is agile enough that they really aprtner with you to make enhancments that directly effect how we design processes at our company. I have not worked with too many other vendors that do this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TeamOhana? I always say the TO is the source of truth for what has been budgeted and approved to spend. I say Greenhouse is our source of truth for what has been hired. I would love it if the changes made at hire (GH) were pushed back to the TO and reflected. What recruiter, level, title etc. I would also love to see TO offer an interim re-org build-out platform. Take our current org and click over to a sandbox. Sitting in the recruiter seat, I love that I can see in February that in Oct of this year, we will need XYZ, and a great candidate just pinged me (10 months earlier than projected to hire this skillset) and I can alert the hiring manager that this person is interested in starting the discussion. What's most helpful about TeamOhana is how it facilitates a much tighter knit working relationship between systems and teams that run complex, interconnected, and process-heavy parts of an organization Customer support has been pretty impeccable - really responsive, available, and great followthrough. What do you dislike about TeamOhana? no much honestly. implementation is complex, but i think that's less about the product and more about the complex nature of the systems that team ohana ties together and the implications of doing so require serious planning and documentation and education internally. This is speculation, but if we didn't have such a thoughtful/experienced/talented individual at our company championing the implementation, I'm not sure it would've gone as smoothly. TeamOhana has a great user platform that enables our financial planning team to easily run labor scenarios providing budget impacts to budget managers based on hiring plans. The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Multi-level access accounts also makes it easy for other budget managers to view and toggle with budget scenarios while still limiting full access to company data. Additionally, TeamOhana integrates seamlessly with our hiring tool used by HR (Greenhouse) as well as our HRIS system that houses all employee data. Tushar and team are extremely responsive and provide great support for us to address our needs and help troubleshoot challenges.
