Whenever I have a question or suggestion, I get a response usually the same day, which I really appreciate. The initial setup was extremely easy, and the system overall works very well for my needs. I recommend them all the time and rate them a 10 out of 10. **What do you dislike about TeamLinkt?** Scheduling for different divisions at the same day and time is a little hard. I have to schedule the divisions separately and remember the time block. If I try to schedule all the divisions at once, it's very random and age 9 plays age 14. I'm not sure how this would be remedied or if other teams have the same issue. **What problems is TeamLinkt solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use TeamLinkt for scheduling, registration, tournaments, messages, website, and stats, which streamlines our league management and improves team communication. ### 2. There were multiple avenues to find help such as chat box, FAQ’s and actual client services managers who were easy to reach and prompt to respond. **What do you dislike about TeamLinkt?** Nothing! Love that it is all on one programming from registrations to app for teams and families. **What problems is TeamLinkt solving and how is that benefiting you?** One stop easy access! Saves time and headaches being able to find everything in one place. ### 3. Game sheets have been updated and are easy to use for our volunteers. The staff is very helpful and patient and understanding. My participants can navigate easily. **What do you dislike about TeamLinkt?** So far, there's nothing I can complain about. **What problems is TeamLinkt solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have made the AP easy to follow for families not familiar with technology. This means less emails to me. ### 5. These leagues are independent from Baseball Saskatoon so having a free solution for this that is widely used is extremely helpful. ### 6.
