Teamhood has positively impacted the originization of my projects. I use it every single day, updating tasks throughout the day. It suits my project-based client work well. Although internally we have Salesforce and log cases, the UI, flexibility and ability to organize every-day tasks is much better within teamhood. This is important to my workflow, as it's easy for things to slip through the cracks. Before this, the timeliness of project delivery or task execution was longer. I'd also waste time looking for certain links to documentation and tickets, now they're linked to my tasks. Both me and the consultant I partner with on all my accounts have liked the increased visibility on everything occurring within our book of accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's the manual aspect of having to add in every task. This is the reason I wouldn't rate it a 10. Although I personally want to prioritize organization, I think some of my colleagues wouldn't like the maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A software like Teamhood is something that our organisation has been looking for a whille now. I really love the ease with which I'm able to plan and schedule tasks for my team. We were able to adopt the software within the organisation within a matter of a few days. The reports that Teamhood is able to generate really help us to plan, and also foresee probable clashes in the future. In terms, of customer support, the team has been very prompt in giving us quick soultions / fixes. Their team also took the initiative to host an onboarding session with all of us, to ensure we had an indepth idea of all the features. It is something that I would definetly recommend to my friends and other teams / organisations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far my team and I have been really liking our experience on Teamhood. If there is one thing I would like to have as a feature on Teamhood, which it currently doesn't have, is having the ability to work on the same boards with members of other organisations -cross-team collaboration. I can't recommend Teamhood enough! First off, their customer service is top-notch. Every time I’ve reached out, I’ve received lightning-fast responses—often within minutes. I’ve even submitted suggestions through their feedback site, and to my surprise, the owner personally responded within 24 hours every single time. On top of that, my dedicated customer success manager regularly follows up, making me feel truly supported.
As for the software itself—it's phenomenal. I work in software development (a relatively new field for me), and one of my first big tasks was to find a tool to manage our backlogs. I tested quite a few platforms, including some big names known for backlog management, but Teamhood stood out immediately. It was hands-down the easiest to learn and implement. Once we figured out our preferred setup, integrating our team and processes was a breeze.
Now, I use Teamhood every single day—and not just for our development backlog. I use it to track personal to-dos, organize testing parameters for my apps, and more. One of the things I love most is how versatile it is. You might start using it for one purpose, but if you get a little creative, you'll quickly discover dozens of ways it can streamline and enhance your workflow. Teamhood has greatly improved our production project management. Previously, when we used Excel, it was difficult to track project progress and manage tasks. Now Teamhood has an excellent work schedule that we can easily divide according to the machines. This allows us to clearly see what is happening at each stage and ensures a smooth workflow. All project information (descriptions, drawings, and other documents) is in one card, making everything easily accessible and reviewable. Statistics and real data about our work processes allow us to see where we are lagging and what we can improve. This has truly increased our productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some automation features are currently missing, which could further simplify processes. We hope that these features will be implemented in the future so that we can dedicate even more time to project development rather than administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Extremely easy to learn to use. My team had no experience using a productivity aide like this but they took to it immedieately. It's awesome that you can share a link to a board that doesn't add someone to it but just allows them to view it as it updates in real time. Amazing product that has helped our team very much and keeps many things in the same place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a lack of customization. There are some other similar products on the market that offer more customization, but this does work well professionally. We also can't use photos on cards, link them together, or connect withe the Google workspace. WOuld upgrade to a paid plan immediately if it had Google integration. Teamhood helps us track detailed projects which has various stakeholders working on the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Teamhood can bring about more insights and features in order to collaborate with other similar tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use with a team, and with almost all the features needed, even in the trial version.
Can be easily implemented and the customer support is very efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Teamhood is its simplicity, clarity, and wide range of configuration options. Switching over from a competing platform was almost effortless since I was already familiar with most of the features, and so was my team.
The support was responsive, although we contacted them due to a small issue, which was resolved very quickly—something I really appreciate. Despite being relatively new to the platform, we’ve been treated seriously, and that continues to this day.
From a technical standpoint, it's hard to find faults. Switching between tabs is fast and seamless. The platform is highly efficient and doesn’t slow down at all. It includes both basic and advanced features, allowing for excellent team organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lack of a mobile app is a major drawback, especially in 2024 when it's an essential feature. Additionally, the login sessions could last longer for a more seamless user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that you can customize the columns and rows. Each person on our team has a standardized set of columns that we use, but we can also add different things. We use this to keep up with daily projects coming in and to check our teams bandwidth for new request. I like that we can add a due date, change the colors (we color coordinate, so we know if we've moved it across different teams), and the quick complete button. We use it everyday and it is very easy and intuitive to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the downsides is how often a job has to be moved. I wish it had a partnership with microsoft and/or salesforce to make some of our processes and steps a little quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
