We love how perfectly it fits into Microsoft Teams & Outlook. We log in with our Microsoft account and it is good to go. It also has pretty much every single performance management feature we need, be it goal setting with custom terminology, reviews, feedback, etc. Couldn't be happier. I really appreciate the template quizzes in Teamflect. They are a standout feature for me. There’s a bit of a learning curve when setting up the initial review cycles or configuring custom templates. Occasionally, syncing across Teams can lag slightly, especially with large groups or multiple active review forms. Last year, we encountered some problems with answers and competency rating questions disappearing during the review process. I submitted a ticket about it, but unfortunately, the issue was never fully resolved. I informed the manager who hadn't finalized those reviews that this might have been the cause.
