It's very cluncky in terms of the UI. Sometimes I quickly want to do a survey and just send a link to share it. I still use Microsoft forms for that because it's very simple when it comes to setting up a quick survey and sending a link. I really don't want to create a survey template every time. I like how Teamflect integrates into our Microsoft Teams, making it super easy to pull up within the app section. I love how you can have different views for tasks and projects, which is important to many people since everyone likes to see things differently. Having tasks and projects broken down into their own categories keeps things organized, especially for leadership projects like OKRs and performance reviews. Additionally, using Teamflect means we use less paper and have electronic notifications for completed tasks, which helps keep things organized without needing to hound anyone. It also allows us to have upcoming meeting insights and the tools to add in meeting takeaways. Maybe more customization for each user's experience as in colors, etc. And maybe making a priority column list where you can just see the categories you directly use or are involved in. I would say specifically customization in the "Note" area. Other platforms allow for a note color or other indicator that sets it apart for the type of task or project you are working on. The only improvement I would suggest is the ability to duplicate goals or tasks. For example, we produce a magazine every quarter, and the tasks remain the same for each issue - only the deadlines change.
