What do you like best about Teamflect?

I love that you can set your goals and nominate team members to be responsible for them. You can set SMART goals that fit nicely into 90 day cycles. Fits well in the MS environment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamflect?

What do you like best about Teamflect?

I like that Teamflect is on Teams, so there's no need to open another platform. The 360 surveys are anonymous and easy to use, which I find really helpful. I also appreciate that it's user-friendly and the reminders are useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamflect?

I don't know if it can completely replace our SIRH. It lacks in areas like time management and compensation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Teamflect?

I like the design of Teamflect and the ability to have everything organized. I appreciate that all tasks are trackable within the same project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The method of creating objectives and assigning tasks could be improved. It is not clear to me what the parent objective, label, related group is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Robust task-tracking features from Teamflect are impressive. Our team's ability to efficiently plan and manage work is much increased, as is our efficiency. Teamflect also provides a much-needed place for one-on-one planning and task tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Even while Teamflect is currently outstanding, we think that with improved collaboration tools, it might soar to new heights. This would promote even better communication and teamwork.
