What do you dislike about Teamflect? Some things that I dislike about Teamflect are some of the modules are very basic and there are not upgraded levels for admin/people leaders. For example, you can apply a cap to recognition points for employees but I would like the cap to be set higher (or not at all) for admin/people leaders since they should be giving out recognitions at a higher rate than other employees but that is hard to do if there is a point cap.
