TeamConnect is a robust enterprise legal management platform, and there are several areas where it performs well as a legal matter management solution.
The system can track matter data points, involved parties, documents, invoices & tasks creating a central single 'system of record' across several matter types eliminating the need to track this information on excel spreadsheets. It is highly customizable and configurable where users with little to no experience in coding can add drop-down values, customize homepages & implement (basic) rules & workflows to ensure data integrity, data validation, routing, approvals, notifications, controls, etc.
TeamConnect's data-warehouse is highly structured and makes reporting through third-party reporting tools relatively easy across both system and custom fields. There's also native reporting available including through TCBI for interactive dashboards which also doesn't require programming skills (depending on the complexity of what you are trying to build). TeamConnect's API and out of the box integration tools make it possible for us to have bi-directional integration with some of our company's key enterprise-wide applications.
