I appreciate Teamcenter for its data integrity and the fact that it allows data to be accessed globally, which helps with data access-related issues. "Powerful Search and SLM for PLM Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Teamcenter?

I like the search functionality in Active Workspace. Going from RAC to AW, it's nice to see better search functionality in general. I also like the SLM capabilities, and I'm excited to see it implemented for our Teamcenter instance. I think we will be able to utilize it in getting more proactive following up our customers' spare part and maintenance needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamcenter?

There might be some small improvements that can be made. The search functionality when viewing a BOM is not that great. I can't recollect exactly what the issue is, but it is not as good/flexible as the global search. I can't recollect exactly what's not working properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Teamcenter's flexibility to adapt to business needs through customizations and building solution accelerators. I appreciate how it allows us to build our own customizations using the out-of-the-box business objects as building blocks for creating required business outputs. "Great for CAD Data Management, Challenging to Upgrade"
5/5
What do you like best about Teamcenter?

I find that the AWC is easier to use compared to RAC. The CAD integration works well and is particularly helpful, providing seamless ties with CAD attributes and allows execution within Teamcenter. I also appreciate the custom tile creation which simplifies the UI and offers a new look. The workflows are really helpful for managing processes effectively. What do you dislike about Teamcenter?

Installation and upgrades are not easy. Why am upgrade 2-3 version out, take weeks and difficult to do? Just Teamcenter upgrade takes long time and needs expertise. Using deployment center it is easier, but still needs experts to do it setting up SSO, dispatcher are hard. Tc upgrade is hard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
