Design intent of a lot of apps is not known. There are a lot of additional apps and ootb features which are less talked about

Full scope: there is extensive coverage of the entire engineering process chain.

**What do you dislike about Teamcenter?**

I still see a mixed level of integration, and many legacy issues pop up when I go into the details. Cost is also a concern: while the platform is very powerful, it becomes increasingly pricey to run beyond a certain point.

Teamcenter integrates easily with third party design tools and this further enhances its reliability in our PLM process.
Teamcenter is available in a number of plans with each plan having its own upgraded features, and this gives every organization a chance to choose their preferred plan based on their needs and budget.
Its effective in bill of materials management ensuring that it remains consistent with design requirements and this assures prudent usage of materials hence timely completion of the desired product.

Some employees with less tech-savvy skills need a refresher training in ensuring they become adept in using the platform to the best of their ability.

Teamcenter helps us remain in line with the needs and requirements of product design ensuring timely completion and release into the market, thus help us remain competitive and able to release products and services that are in tandem with the needs of our clients.

Teamcenter could improve by becoming more stable and having a smoother UX. The initial setup is hard and requires years of experience to get right.

Customizability, multiple ways to do the same thing

**What do you dislike about Teamcenter?**

Sometimes there are too many ways to do the same thing, which means when performing customizations sometimes things are missed. I also often find features that I need/have used in other PLM systems years ago are not available until the newest TC version, which my company is not upgrading to anytime soon

**What problems is Teamcenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a centralized database for everything related to BOM management

I like the usability of Teamcenter and the interface for our users. They really don't have to do much thinking and can just go through their daily life with it.

**What do you dislike about Teamcenter?**

Sometimes there's an issue with actually getting the software to run properly, and it's all about getting patches changed.

I use Teamcenter for cat bottling. Its usability and interface minimize the need for deep thinking, allowing users to navigate their tasks effortlessly.

It keeps track of versions, is easy to use, helps teams work together, and makes handling assemblies simple. Their customer serice is good too they always reply fast and make solving issue easy.

**What do you dislike about Teamcenter?**

Managing licenses and adding outside contractors can be a difficult for big companies, but they’re actively working to make things easier to use.

**What problems is Teamcenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, when creo was a small team, we struggled to manage everyone’s files. Teamcenter made this much easier. Now we can fastly give or remove access for team memebers and control who can see what.

I like Teamcenter for its convenience and how easy it is to see all of my data. It supports viewing data in a variety of ways, which is really helpful. The initial setup was super easy, which is a big plus.

**What do you like best about Teamcenter?**

Teamcenter eases the complex process of product lifecycle management where it simplifies the design, introduction and management of a new product offering thus ensuring the aspirations are met based on the organization workflow . 
Teamcenter integrates easily with other third party apps from ERP, CRM and this assures maximum benefit and productivity of the product.
Comes with a centralized data control and it keeps product information in a single source and easily accessible when needed thus assure data and information security.

**What do you dislike about Teamcenter?**

Some users may require additional and in some cases an extensive training in order to understand how to effectively apply the platform in their product lifecycle management.

**What problems is Teamcenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a platform that brought together all of our teams involved in product design and generation from engineering, customer service, IT among others and with Teamcenter, we have exactly that and it has worked immensely to towards our benefit.

That I can't drag and drop emails directly from outlook (I need first drag e-mail to desktop then to TC).
It is not well optimize to work with other engineering software coming from 3rd parties.
