I genuinely believe they’re going to resolve it, and it was clear they took the issue seriously. Overall, that felt like a strong reflection of how the company treats its customers. The cognitive overload prospects experience when they’re inundated with multiple attachments, and then have to go back and forth throughout a sales campaign, is immense—and I think Align solves that. It’s also integral to sales success to have a mutual action plan, and that’s definitely something Align will help me with. On top of that, I can create a shared space for other members of the buying committee, get to know them more organically, and track whether they’re actually engaging with the content. On top of that, some of the permissions and workflows tied to deal room ownership feel overly restrictive. I use Aligned as a sales rep for a software company, and it really helps me consolidate my sales collateral relevant to a prospect's use cases into one space and track when my prospects are viewing that material. My favorite aspect of Aligned is how it makes my deliverables and follow-up emails look professional. The tracking is especially beneficial because it allows me to engage with my prospects at key moments when they're reviewing the materials I've sent them. This timing is crucial because a lot of sales is about timing, and knowing when to reach out gives me a huge advantage. It also brings organization and clarity to the information I share with prospects, making it a convenient medium. What do you dislike about Aligned? I think that it could be cheaper. Aligned is a pretty precise tool for a precise problem, and in my use case, I don't think it could improve. Any improvements they do make should be towards making the workspaces easier, and I'm sure that that's just gonna come from using more AI to generate those workspaces. Well, I'm a sales rep, not a graphic designer, so I don't wanna spend time worrying about position or sizing or ratios of images.
