I can spin up a room for each deal in minutes rather than rebuilding from scratch every time: dragging in the right content, reordering sections, and tailoring everything to what that specific buyer cares about. When running a complicated deal cycle that requires buyers to review a lot of materials, I've absolutely run into buyers getting lost in my emails and asking me to resend things (not to mention all that people that DON'T ask and just drop off!). Aligned lets me have all my deal materials in one place, including a plan that lets me and the buyer align (haha) on key dates. As a bonus, being able to see when my buyer is clicking into the room is invaluable strategic ammo. There is a Hubspot integration, but I haven't fully played around with it yet! Aligned allows me to channel buyers to one place for all needed reference information, instead of them having to sort through dozens of emails, or my needing to resend key materials with every email. AI Deal Builder: Automatically generates call recaps, action items, and any requested content after meetings. Stakeholder Mapping: Helps identify hidden decision-makers, clarifies their roles, and tracks their buying signals. Mutual Action Plans: They’re known for providing instant replies to small questions and resolving larger issues much faster than competitors. By bringing everything into a single, buyer-facing workspace, the process feels much more organized and transparent. It has helped our company by tracking the exact percentage of our budget flowing into high-priority initiatives versus maintenance tasks, which makes it easier to see where resources are really going. Aligned has been a great add to our orgs sales process, after the initial learning curve things have been great overall. No more multiple hyperlinks in emails, or sending a deck and downloads - with Aligned its awesome to be able to keep everything in one spot which allows us to add this to every deal without having to spend a whole hour to do.
