TeamSkillSet is a skill intelligence platform for modern teams. It replaces messy spreadsheets and manual processes with a clear, live view of what your people can do. Build interactive skill matrices, identify skill gaps before they impact delivery, find the right experts across your organization, and staff projects with data-driven confidence. TeamSkillSet also connects learning and development to real skill gaps, so training budgets are spent where they actually move the needle. Built for team leads, HR managers, and people operations teams who want to make workforce decisions based on real data instead of gut feeling.
