I have a hard time finding the list of all applicants. That feature is not as intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The text message feature gives me the abiltiy to communicate quickly with candidates. Candidates respond more often to text messaging than email or phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wanted to let you know that we recently released a new feature that allows you to automatically send a text message to an applicant after you take an action on them (e.g. moving them from "interviewing" to "finalizing hire"). In your case, you could set up the automation to send a congratulatory text message after you move them to "finalizing hire" with a link that asks the candidate to complete the formal application on your website.
