**What do you like best about Acre?**

Due to Covid we wanted visitors to our facilities to have a minimal to touchless experience registering an onsite visit while also limiting close interaction with our reception staff. The fact that the visitor can use their cell phone to answer required registration questions is great. Also as a security measure the Host must also scan their proximity card to print the visitor badge therefore preventing unescorted access to the building.

**What do you dislike about Acre?**

We have not come across any downsides to date. If I could add one feature it would be a tighter integration with the Gmail calendar.

**Recommendations to others considering Acre:**

Good product, easy company to work with.

**What problems is Acre solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are two main problems we are solving. The first would be to minimize contact with the Kiosk itself. Visitors who have pre-registered on their cell phones would just scan the QR code and continue with minimal touch actions. The second would be to improve the visitor data captured and to run reports of the types of visitors we receive. A third benefit is that we can run different workflows based on the visitor type ie: a contractor arriving to do work on the facility would follow a different process of questions.

**What do you like best about Acre?**

The TDS tool has a lot of customization options that allow us to provide a digital check-in experience for our customers and employees.  We've adapted the solution to help us manage our entries into the office for both visitors and employees during the pandemic.  We like how fast and easy it has been to adapt and deploy the tool.  I find that compared to other tools reviewed, this one has the most developed features and the team working with us is very open to improvements if there is something missing.  We chose this to help us digitize from our paper log books and are very pleased with the outcome.

**What do you dislike about Acre?**

I would like it if more of the settings were individualized per site, while we are a very large company we have many different regions and requirements that we have to consider.  I understand that this is a somewhat unique requirement for us.

**What problems is Acre solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using TDS visitor to help monitor the capacity of our office and make sure that employees and visitors are aware of rules and guidelines around COVID response.  Once regulations are removed we will use this for our regular guest check-in process to help us make our guest experience more digital.

**What do you like best about Acre?**

Having a system that allows us to plan and manage a visitor's end-to-end journey with our company, including scheduling, pre-visit questionnaire, QR codes, self-check in, badge printing etc., The ability for a host to be notified through Microsoft Teams is a big plus for us and removes these registration & notification tasks from our receptionists.

**What do you dislike about Acre?**

Very little - if I had to be picky I would suggest that the dual calendar invites are probably the only feature that could be improved. However my a/c manager has informed me it being worked on for a future release.

**Recommendations to others considering Acre:**

A very agile company, that can offer and tailor bespoke Visitor Management solutions.

**What problems is Acre solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Self-service visitor management. Taking mundane repeatable tasks away from our receptionists. 
Knowing what type of visitors are arriving and why they are visiting our building. 
Getting real feed-back in relation to peak times, no-shows etc.,
Being able to pre-screen visitors with H&S/Covid questionnaires if required.

**What do you like best about Acre?**

The most appealing aspect of TDS Visitor Management is the lack of requirement for general staff to interact with it. Once it is embedded within the organization, it intuitively manages visitor identification, invitations, check-ins on arrival and host notifications on visitor arrivals. 
Its administrative power around visitor analytics is impressive and very useful, allowing for effective labor forecasting for visitor reception and historical reporting for visitor types and volume.

**What do you dislike about Acre?**

Not really any aspects of the product that I dislike. It does what it is supposed to do very well.

**What problems is Acre solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We collaborated with TDS to work out how we could expediently adapt their frictionless check-in capability within their platform to have our staff perform COVID19 health declarations upon entering our facilities. They are a pragmatic and helpful team that provide ideas and suggestions to assist us with our needs.

**What do you like best about Acre?**

The system gives staff the ability staff to book their own visitors in easily online.  Visitors then receive a QR code to confirm they have been invited in to the building.  Our security team are then aware of the visit and can show the guest quickly up to our main reception area.  Once the guest has been confirmed by using the QR code an email is sent to the host so they are aware that their guest has arrived and can meet them.

**What do you dislike about Acre?**

We have had some issues where the QR code has not been received in the email invite

**What problems is Acre solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Following a security project this helps are reception and security team quickly check to see someone should be allowed in to the building.

Unfortunately we started using the system a couple of months before the first lockdown was introduced, so unable to comment further on any issues or benefits.

**What do you like best about Acre?**

•	The delivery team where amazing throughout the whole process , we love how the UI navigates , its really easy to onboard new colleagues to use the application and its got tonnes of really cool features, the Outlook plugin is definitely my personally favourite!

**What do you dislike about Acre?**

•	Its been a really positive experience so far, and its not often I can say that with global deployments !

**What problems is Acre solving and how is that benefiting you?**

•	This really helped us re-imagine how a post Covid workspace was going to look for everybody in the business, everyone is considered a visitor in our workspace now, even colleagues register to come back work using the system so we can screen everyone before arrival for Covid and other important compliance drivers to automate our security policies every day across the business , colleagues are happy and feel safe,  global workspace teams have a great way to improve the day to day experience for everyone, global security are able to manage all their policies in an automatic and non intrusive fashion.

**What do you like best about Acre?**

This product has helped our business tremendously with regards to visitor management. Support is always ready to assist us in any way we need help. If we ever have issues (extremely rare) getting a response from support, we simply reach out to our designated account rep and that clears things up instantly. TDS is a company that wants to succeed, they have a great product, and they will do what it takes to gain a customer for life.

**What do you dislike about Acre?**

No notable cons. Positive overall experience so far!

**What problems is Acre solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The pre-screening functionality and contactless check-in are great features to maintain high standards during the Covid-19 pandemic. Guests can pre-register for check-in using their phones. Visits are logged for contact tracing, and it leaves a good first impression for guests.

Very user friendly. Guests logged, sign NDA and sends notification when they arrive. No need for a receptionist.

Nothing to report. Great overall experience.

The check in kiosks are very user friendly and makes managing guest an easy task.

An excellent product backed up with super support structures and relationship management. Escaltion processes rarely required but in place for mission critical scenarios.

**What do you dislike about Acre?**

No cons to speak of but always room to improve. TDS strike me as a company seeking to improve.

**What problems is Acre solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of Guest Management. Check in kiosks are very convenient and have been a revelation. Particularly in Covid times.
