**What do you like best about TCPL HMS?**

Happy with the overall functionality for our business, however, the expense is a bit higher than what we are used to, and the inability to have remote access makes it less than ideal. 
Easy to use interface.

Inability for remote access makes it less than ideal for virtual health

**What problems is TCPL HMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier interface for team, better communication in patient file
