The web-based program is user friendly. **What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?** The GPS doesn't always work well when employees are trying to use the app on their phones and I have a geofence on. **What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employees working in various locations and being able to track their time more efficiently. It checks all out boxes plus more. **What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** TCP solves many issues we had at our office. First, employees can view their time accrued time off. Second, employees can view their clock in and outs. Third, employees can clock in and out on their cell or any computer with an internet connection. Fourth, employees can clock with codes that report where they are at for their work segment. ### 42. It would be better if leave was exported on each individuals scheduled work hours per day. Currently, the procedure is to export the leave and convert those hours based on how many hours an individual is scheduled to work. The only other opton is to do several exports based on the employee's class or job code. **What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find it helpful to see an employee's time in real-time instead of when they turn in timecards at the end of a two-week pay period. ### 43. Volume adjustment is missing. Everything works properly. It could be better by having a volume adjustment setting. It benefits them by keeping them alert while scanning on the stand. Business performance is better. ### 50.
