From a IT standpoint, Humanity is good scheduling app. It has a few issues from time to time, for overall satisfied with the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
However, their service client is horrible. We have been with Humanity over 5 years now. And we so unsatisfied with the service that we looking at our options. They literally take you for granted as a customer and never get back to you. You have to run after them constantly and hope to get an answer. When they promise to get back to you, they don’t or tell you they sent you an email, which you of course never received.
For example, we had a new request regarding a service that they advised on their app (payroll integration). When we went forward with the change, they never got back to us. After multiple follow-ups on our end, they tell us our request is ‘’not a priority for them’’ - for a service THEY advertise. When we complained, they told us they would be getting back to us the following week. That was Nov 2018. We are Jan 2019, and I have let you receive a proper follow-up even after my multiple attempts.
The app is not worth the service. I would recommend another one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system is basic and, as result, it is easy to add new employees, schedule, create new locations, etc. Team members may update their profiles to include phone numbers, photographs and other personal details making it a resource I, sometimes, use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dashboard and tabs do not allow a natural transitioning from one function to another. Pulling reports is painful - there are too many and often with similar names, making it difficult to find what you need if you use it irregularly. As an example, there are many reports that can be pulled up under timesheets. It would be better to rename them to reflect their end purpose i.e. time sheet - payroll manefest.
Additionally, there is no cross functionality... I can not add sales, employee banking information, etc. Many functions or information (i.e. attendance record) serve little purpose considering there are no HR functions tied to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I have an employee working a short shift if doesn't show the name just the hours when I print it out and so I manually have to enter the names. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the availability and time clock features and the ability for employees to swap shifts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like how glitchy the app is and that the trading shifts feature never works. As well it would be nice to set availability on mobile instead of only having that feature on desktop Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
